I received the best price, when comparing with other sites offering to buy my laptop. I was impressed by the policy whereby they will return your laptop for free if you don't accept a revaluation.

Payment was received the same day that they received the laptop, so I'm very happy with the service.

I am doubly happy to have used Sell Your Laptop (Millrace IT) as they are a bit for profit, social enterprise that ensures nothing goes into landfill and all profits go to charity.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service and payment price quoted and paid into my paypal on the day the Laptop arrived to the depot. Return box arrived in two days from filing the online form. I managed to post the laptop on the same day and within two days the money was in my Paypal account. Don't let the other bad reviews put you off using this company. Well done guys A+++++++++

No problems at all. They sent me a box and bubble wrap. I returned the laptop and they paid me the quoted value in full on day of receipt.

Sent my laptop to them, got told it was not as described so rather than paying the initial £90 quoted they would pay £31 therefore asked for the laptop back.

When I FINALLY received the laptop back it came with the wrong charger, no bag and doesn't work! It was in full working condition when sent.

Emailed customer services who were rude and have provided no solution.

GIVE YOU ONE PRICE, THEN WHEN THEY RECEIVE YOUR GOODS THEY COME BACK AND SAY THEY ARE NOT THE SPECIFICATIONS YOU SAY THEY ARE OR, THERE US THIS WRONG/THAT WRONG WHEN YOU KNOW FULL WELL THEY ARE WORKING AND IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN YOU SENT THEM AND, YOU HAVE NO CHANCE OF GETTING SAME DAY PAYMENT AND IN SOME CASES, IF YOU GET ANY PAYMENT AT ALL.

did not send me back the orginal laptop I got some scruffy dell I sent them a hp elite book mint fully working looks like if you do not accept there offer thay will steal your laptop and send one of there scrapped laptops back to you beware thay are criminals do not trust them at all reported to trading standards

I had an ancient laptop to dispose of, and wasn't really expecting to get anything for it, but I did want the security of knowing that the data would be securely wiped. This company was extremely efficient, allowed me to send the laptop to them for free (they even provided the packaging, which came the next day) and responded promptly to emails.As an added bonus, they even paid me a small amount, which arrived in my bank account within three days. Their website is well designed and easy to navigate. I would thoroughly recommend them, and would certainly use them again.

I sent my laptop to this company and the quote given origionally given was revised upon their engineers advice. I knew for sure the machine was not as old as they claim since I knew exactly when I purchased it. I went ahead to accept the revised quote and for almost three months now I have not received my money. Several calls have been made to them and it always goes to voicemail. Not to talk of the emails I have sent. I ended incuring more cost from my service provider for calling the number that was given me. I would say they are not to be trusted.

Sent in 4 Laptop and they paid the same day, very good service, will be using them again very soon.

I arranged for the sale and collection of my laptop and the delivery driver did not turn up to collect it. Neither did I get another date scheduled for my convenience they turned up to take it at random. The actual acknowledgement or receipt and sending the cheque was speedy.

The whole process was very straightforward and they were quick to transfer the money to my account. I got the exact amount I was quoted on the website which isn't always the case with these types of services (in my experience anway!)

My Dell Inspiron 15R stopped booting about some six months back and was since then lying around.

Posted late Monday evening (so left Post Office Tuesday) and received email from Sell Your Laptop early Wednesday to say it was received. Received second email with a receipt for payment later in the day and sure enough checked bank and promised value was in bank.

Price offered could have been better, but it was the best on offer. Full amount quoted was paid with no problems and postage was prepaid.

I've sold a few laptops through this website now and they provide an excellent service in my opinion. The box delivered to your home option is a great idea which reduces any issues around finding an appropriate box and getting the packing right. The decision is quick. I would use them again.

Great experience, would recommend and use over and over again. Delivery of their packaging arrived within a couple of days, posted and the very next day, I received confirmation of its arrival.

Asked them to send a box came within 3 days. Posted laptop off on the Friday evening, they recieved on the Monday and was paid late afternoon. Got the amount quoted too, but paypal took 3% :(.
