Sold my iMac for fair price, they took care of collection and payment was made within days of me sending it. You are probably here, like me, unsure if you can trust this process with such an expensive item (its Apple, of course it’s expensive :p) so please take my assurance this is a simple, fast and hassle free process. They keep in touch during every step and provide updates during each stage.

Great communication from start to finish. Offered the best and fairest (at least in my opinion) quote by a reasonable margin on my iMac and the pre-arranged DPD service made it very convenient to ship to SUYA.
The whole transaction from quote to payment was smooth and without hitches (and only took around 3 days).

I was selling an almost new iMac. Shopped around at lots of the other similar companies and best price was offered by SUYA. Great service and prompt payment. SUYA offered more than other companies for my 2017 MBP 15. Emails were replied to promptly and cash was in my bank account by the end of the week.

The Sell Us Your Apple experience was so simple, straightforward and quick that I briefly thought 'what's the catch, is this a scam'? But no, nothing to be concerned about as they do exactly what the say on the tin. Fair and honest quote, next day collection from DPD and once they have assessed the machine the funds are transferred straight into your account. If you want to sell your Apple quickly for a fair price, use them.

I have used the service for a few of my devices in the past. Got a good price for an iMac and an iPad and an OK price on a MacBook Pro. Came to sell 2 of my old iPhones and got an acceptable quote, the same as Apple and other services had estimated. Because I had used Sell Us Your Apple before, I decided to go with them and accepted the quote. After that I practically had to beg Andy to collect over the span of 2.5 months and a number of emails that went largely unresponded. When I finally had enough and told them that I wish they'd just told me months ago they had no interest in the purchase, they said they were interested but would have to renegotiate the cost of the handsets as so much time had passed since the original quote. Because they wouldn't collect. After that, nothing. No more emails or correspondence. Very disappointing.

My whole experience with SUYA was first class. As something of a gadget collector, I found myself with excess tech that I was looking to offload and I selected SUYA, prmarily on the basis of Trustpilot reviews.
I was a little apprehensive as my item was a recent (and expensive) MacBook Pro and I had not heard of this company before this transaction. However, not only was I offered the best price going, as soon as I engaged in E-Mail communication with Andy, I was reassured that I was dealing with a true professional, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to any anxious seller.

Simply brilliant! Recently got a quote for a 2019 27" iMac. Quote was extremely fair, and dare I say, generous compared to other Apple buyback sites. Accepted the quote, had plenty of clear communication with Andy and within a couple of days, had a DPD courier at my door to collect. Arrived with SUYA the next day and received confirmation of the same. Within a working day Andy had the machine tested, and the funds were in my bank within a couple of days, exactly as quoted.

It can be quite daunting to sell such an expensive item, but SUYA are clearly different class compared to some of the other businesses offering this service. Highly recommended! I don't have any more Apple devices, but if I did, I'd definitely use SUYA again!

To be honest, I read all the reviews for SUYA and thought they can’t all be true, because I’m a typical Virgo and go by my instinct, look and then look again and then take another look.
Not being a gambler I then went against everything I am sure of and took the plunge. I filled out the form to sell my Laptop. I then rang Andy and was pleasantly surprised to be guided over the phone through the whole process. It took six days from start to finish. He gave me a fair price and made the whole process so easy. My philosophy about this contract is if your description of your sale is genuine then you will find that Andy and his company SUYA will be genuine too

Wow, amazing! I had been offered an amazing offer from Andy @ Sell Us Your Apple. I'm not gonna lie, I did think this might be to good of an offer and I did my research on the site, and they are 100% legit. My quote was much better than anywhere else online and better than eBay. You can either drop your Mac off at a UPS dropoff location, send it off yourself or use DPD. I chose DPD, all you need to do is package up your Mac securely and DPD came with a pre-printed label, I didn't have to print anything out. Amazing service! I will be recommending and using them again for sure.

Andy provides excellent communication when dealing with selling your MacBook - very comforting when selling a precious item! The MacBook I sent was worth £3000+ and, yeah sure you might "might" be able to get £100/£200 more on eBay if you're lucky, but do you really want the hassle? Andy was the only person who offered a very fair quote, and DPD shipping was arranged very promptly, and assured me that all would be fine and it's NOT a scam.

He managed to test it on the same day it was received, as well as transfer the money that he quoted me for!

Would love to do business with again given the chance, genuine guy and great business :).

Highly recommend if you want a smooth and reliable service. It is possible to get more selling on eBay but remember buyers there will have 180 days to raise a dispute on PayPal!

SUYA offered the most money compared to other similar services and there's also the trust factor of using an establishment.

Attracted by the reviews, I asked for a quote nearly two weeks ago in order to try to sell my Apple MacBook. I received an acknowledgement and nothing since. I wrote again asking for an update and had no reply. I have sold my laptop to another similar company

In reply to your comment about sending me two quotes, they were not received into any of my spam folders, I’ve checked with my ISP and it’s not in their retained emails either.

So, I wanted to sell my MacBook air which was in really good condition with almost no scratches & and really good working conditions. I was looking for someone who could pay me the worth of the laptop. I tried selling it on eBay for the first time but obviously was a target to my first scam. I got saved literally and after that incident, I was even more cautious of whom do I sell the laptop too.
I researched a lot & came across Sell us your apple company & checked their reviews on trust pilot. The reviews were very positive & the quote given by them was pretty good too. So I thought I'd take a chance & took it.
From the initial quote to the delivery, everything was super simple & quick. What made me feel I was in safe hands was the prompt response from Andy who was pretty proactive about all my questions and queries. I could track my package and knew exactly when it reached them & within 48 hours i received my payment. Obviously i was nervous when my laptop reached there, but andy kept responding to my questions which gave me assurance.
So, precisely - my package reached them 7 July - 10:30 am & I received my payment 8th July say about 11pm. So pretty good.
I would definitely recommend this service & say you could trust them for your mac products.

I had been looking to sell my 13" MacBook Pro, I had an offer of £700 on eBay ( but after fees & shipping it would be around £570), a couple of other sites offered anything from £400 to £550, but I knew it was worth more and wanted more from my product, this is when I came across Sell Us Your Apple. I'm a very cautious consumer (especially sending off a £1300 device for free) So I filled out the webform and got a quote of £750, before accepting the offer, I checked Reviews here and even checked the company details with Companies house website to check the business was still active and that the name of the director matched the person I had a reply from and it did! - Told you I was VERY cautious, especially using smaller companies.

GETTING YOUR QUOTE - I just had to answer a few questions about my product (via the website) and received an email saying someone would be in touch shortly with my quote, I honestly expected to have to wait a day or two if not longer, especially in the current climate (Covid-19). I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email in around 30 minutes (Obviously this may not always be the case due to timing and work loads) it told me how much they would offer, and all I had to do was reply “Accept” to start the ball rolling.

SHIPPING - unlike other companies SUYA provide you a variety of ways to safely ship your item(s)
FREE pickup from your Home with DPD (DPD Bring the label to stick on your parcel)
FREE drop off with UPS (You print the shipping label that SUYA email)
OR ship it with a courier that suits you and SUYA will reimburse £15 of the fee when you get paid.

All UPS & DPD are tracked, so you can see where it is at all times. If you choose to use your own courier, I’d recommend you choose a tracked service.

I chose UPS and within minutes of using a link provided to fill out my details, I had an email with my UPS label to print at home.

HANDY - The SUYA website has great information on how to best package your item to keep it safe during transit, as well as other info that may be useful to you. You can also email them if you cant find the answer you were looking for.

I recommend going to a supermarket to buy your bubblewrap as I was able to get decently sized rolls of it for £1 at Morrisions (£1 at The Range & £3 at Tesco), I went OTT thanks to being such a worrier 😃 so wrapped it in 2 rolls of bubblewrap, added paper and plastic wrap to ensure no movement during transit (Sorry Andy). but at least I had the comfort of knowing the chance of damaged was ultra low.
Like other companies, SUYA are not responsible for damage or loss during transit, but will do their best to assist you should it, in the rare occurrence, go missing.

Once shipped, this was the moment I started to panic I was involved in a scam, I mean why else would I get a great quote & free shipping but I held tight knowing that I had done the research and everything checked out. 😃 Low and behold Andy is real, his company is real and he’s a genuinely nice guy, offering the best quotes on the market, at the time of my review.

I needed the money ASAP and was gutted to see that UPS had a delay resulting in a further 24hrs being added to my expected ND Delivery. I reached out and Andy advised that SUYA are closed over weekends but he would try to get the item tested and payment processed when/if it arrives on the Friday, which was fantastic!

The item delivered to them on Friday at 13:43 and the full £750 hit my bank at 17:06! - PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: You may not always get your payment this quick, it all depends on work load and product testing. When I originally asked Andy, I was told me that payments are usually 24-48hrs after arrival at the facility, which is quicker than most companies I’ve previously used (Even ones that say they payout on the day they receive the item).
