Andy was brilliant. It's a simple process. You just enter the details of your Apple kit onto the website, submit your email and Andy gets back with a price. He then sends an email either arranging a collection of your kit via DPD or you can opt for your own courier. Pack your kit up and wait for their collection or send yourself. Literally 48 hours later you get the agreed amount paid as long as the kit you sent was as described. It couldn't be simpler or more slick.

I was a little nervous selling my mac on here, esp for the large amount.
But I have just been paid, I sent my mac on Tuesday and its now Friday and I am fully paid. And no quibbles on reductions, suggestion devalued etc unlike most mobile phone buyers now.

I was reticent to part with my MacBook without having received payment, although I understood why it was necessary for inspection to confirm the offer made.
I need not have worried as confirmation of offer made and cheque received within afew days.
The offer made for the item in question was also veery competitive

No questions go unanswered regardless of how simple they may be.
In my case from offer to payment took less than 2 weeks and this was only because I had several questions in between, not being computer savvy!

I have to admit that I was worried about selling my MacBook online to a small company versus big names such as Plunc but I can confirm that I received the payment via BACS within 2 working days of the MacBook delivered to SUYA. The communication from Andy was good and prompt. Recommend!

I was so impressed with this service. They offered me a great price and were happy to take the old monitor too. Answered all emails directly and organised the courier to Fit in with our availability. Then paid the money very promptly. There’s an element of trust in a service like this on both parts and I can’t recommend it enough.
