Quick and easy sale
Went to sell your car 2 jack as they were the ones who quoted me the most. Really quick and easy, did try knocking my price down by what I thought was quite a lot but then after discussion I got the price I wanted. They kept back £1000 until I received my v5 as i needed to retain my personalised number plate. Overall, great experience.

Simon, who I dealt with was very professional and made the whole process very quick and painless, there was a couple of blemishes on my car, which I did know about and the price I got was altered accordingly, but I still got a very fair price.

Very very poor rubbish in fact and I…
Very very poor rubbish in fact and I can’t give one star as it’s not available. Today I was called several times by Joe to bring my car in for review and was told a price today (7 days old) would be honoured. I was working in London today and was told I needed to come in to get the price I was quoted of £37,331 so I came back and even made allowances when I was told they could not do Touchwood and to come to Catherine de barnes to which I did! Wish I hadn’t now I was greeted by someone who didn’t even introduce himself wasn’t Joe by the way but this person definitely had a chip on his shoulder and his customer service skills rubbish. I was told that the can’t do the car at £37,331 and the retail was at some price over 34000 hahah I know this is complete and utter rubbish because BMW group buyer offered me £36,500 for my vehicle just 4 days ago! YES BMW who know BMW’s! Sell your car to jack were not too best pleased because there prices keep changing every 3/4 weeks and I waited from them offering me 38,600 (which I didn’t excerpt obviously) as needed the car then to now which they are offering 34000 and 7 days ago £37,331 massif difference !
Rubbish customer service skills couldn’t even tell me on the phone, email, text 30 minutes to me meeting Joe that the price couldn’t be honoured instead they made me come out all the way to them! Joe never even had the nerve to come and meet me face to face!
Be aware don’t use these clowns they don’t have a clue I used motorway and carwow for a much much better price!

We understand how disappointing it must have been to make the journey based on a previously discussed valuation, only for this to change on arrival. Our pricing is driven by live market data, which can move quickly depending on demand, buyer activity, and wider market conditions. While this ensures our valuations reflect the current market, we appreciate how the change in price, particularly over a short period, would have felt both unexpected and inconvenient, and we sincerely apologise for that.
When multiple valuations exist for the same vehicle in our system we must use the most recently submitted one because it is the most up to date. Previous valuations no longer stand.
We also want to apologise for the level of service you received in branch. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and it’s concerning to hear how your visit was handled, including the lack of introduction and communication.
Regarding Joe, we’re sorry for any confusion or disappointment. He was working from a different branch on the day of your appointment, which is why he wasn’t available to meet you in person. However, we completely understand how this, combined with the other issues, added to your frustration.
We take feedback like this seriously and will be reviewing both the communication leading up to your visit and the in-branch experience to ensure improvements are made. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry we didn’t deliver the level of service you expected.

From first meeting Steve in the office I instantly knew this was the right decision to sell my car here, Steve has a friendly, polite manner with know hard sell tactics just an easy pleasant attitude as he went about his business, explained everything about what he was going to deduct from the original quotation online and offered the price. I was pleasantly surprised because these guys beat other competitors by over £1000 they blew we buy any car.com, Carwow, motorway, and and others I care not to mention away. 100% will I use these guys again fully recommended and I receive my money roughly about 24 hours later. First class service first class business and most importantly Steve was first class. Very happy customer.
