Great headphones, but terrible customer service. I've bought Sennheiser products before, so I bought the new Momentum 4, but a faulty pair was sent to me. After contacting the customer service, I was redirected to different companies with offices in different countries who delegate assistance to each other. No one think they were competent to accept the return request.

The entire experience was subpar
The entire experience was subpar. Had issues with FedEx, driver was too lazy to deliver the package so he never did and I had to go get it at the post-office... Product (HD 450BT) came in a slightly damaged box: it didn't work in any mode other than stereo, it dropped connection every few seconds and exhibited lag when connected to my Fire TV and icing on the cake, it made static sounds at random when connected to my cellphone. I returned the headset to Sennheiser over a week ago, they received my shipment back on the 15th of Nov, still no refund and no update whatsoever, despite the fact that they claim in their emails that they process returns in 2 to 3 days. Just disappointing.
Order refunded with no explanation
Ordered new replacement headphone pads from their website. All good then I got a full refund with no explanation. No reply to my enquiries either.
I use them products for years
I use them products for years, gaming headsets, wireless earbuds, bought them christmas for my self and for my girlfriend, one of them had technical problems, quick and efficent warranty service. Proud to be they customer, moving from corrsair to senheisser gsp 600, turned competetive gaming diffrent level, so big shoutout for Sennheiser!
Horrible Customer Service
Bought a set of Momentum true wireless 3 earbuds and never received them. This is a customer service review from here. Took three times reaching out to them before they finally responded 3 days later. Never apologized for the delay in response or the fact I didn't receive my item. It was clear the carrier, FedEx lost or stole the package and it to this day is still pending at a FedEx PA facility. With that knowledge the terrible CS rep, William dismissed all that and said I would have to wait another week before they can even think of sending me a replacement. Well that's not acceptable seeing it will have been a month them having my money and me not having anything from them. So all in all Sennheiser has terrible unacceptable CS and they do not care about the customer as far as my experience is going. Considering the cost of the product you would think they would want return customers and not upset ones. Guess they want to stay where they are and not grow due to upsetting customers.
A very expensive issue
Contacting them is near impossible besides email, which either takes ages or often provides a broken link.
I have a pair of the Momentum TW2 that I bought when they were new, and very quickly had an issue with the left one no longer working. Sent it back, received the same pair back with the same problem a few months later.
Despite being within warranty after the repair, they refused to fix it without a gigantic unreasonable cost.
For such ridiculously expensive earphones, you'd think they'd have a better system.
They're incredible earphones, but pretty trash if they don't work. Don't waste your time with this company if you want reliable wireless earphones, you'll end up very disappointed and half a grand in debt - total load of bullsh*t.

Bought 2 Pairs of HD280 Pro series
Bought 2 Pairs of HD280 Pro series. Great sound when they work within 6 months the little portable Battery that plugs into the Headset plugs get real Loose then nothing but eratic sound and Scratchy noise. New battery cost as much as Headset if you can find one ! Do Not Buy This Crap ! Cord and Battery in the way all the Time. Loved the Total Wireless Setup of the RS 185's
Customer service? NOT A CHANCE. They have no interest in getting back to you.
I ordered their new Momentum 4 headphones via amazon. Got them on time, HOWEVER the headphones are useless. They have a touch sensitive pad for all the controls & you swipe to move to the next track and nothing, you try again and it puts them on hold. And so on. you try and turn the music up or down and nothing, you adjust the headphones on your head and they stop. I just don't get it.
Anyhow, I've tried contacting customer service
NOTHING.
they'll be going back to Amazon tomorrow.

Amazing quality and endurance
I bought the Sennheiser HD 350BT Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Headphone in December of last year. I've loved how low the battery life is, how long the signal goes, and how well they've held up to all the times I've handled them roughly :)

Used to be Excellent! What Happened?
Purchased a pair of CX-3 wireless earbuds in January through Amazon. Buds worked fine until last week when the right bud went dead. Buds are fully charged, and have been both soft and hard factory reset - and still the right bud is dead. Sennheiser customer service is nowhere to be found. Amazon only covers these for 30 days so they were no help. Last pair of Sennheisers I will ever own. Clearly they don't care about their customers as their "customer support" is non-existent. Sound was not that great and the fit of these buds was pretty uncomfortable. What happened to this once great company and standing behind their products?
Product missing, no customer service
I ordered a pair of headphones and a cable. Delivery was fast but I only received the cable although I got charged for both. The delivery receipt only mention the cablez Customer service not responding. Terrible service.
Inaccessible and very slow.
Very hard to even get in touch with them. It feels like they purposely make it difficult, as to avoid having to deal with customers. They just want you to do their job for them and have you read the forums. I eventually got through to customer service and they take a day to respond to each email I send. I say "take" bc it's been a week and it's still unsolved. I've invested a lot in this company over the years and recommended them countless times. This however may change my investment in them. I am seriously considering migrating to a new audio company over this lack of service from a company that most likely makes enough profit to have better customer care.

I bought high end Sennheiser 660S headphones. I have had the balanced cable break twice now. First time, service was reasonably good. But since Sennheiser consumer were bought out by Sonova, the customer service is abhorrent.
Long wait times from customer email support that are majorly unhelpful who keep telling me to open a new ticket. Then their website was down for maintenance for almost a week.
I then called their customer service and so far am on hold for over 25 mins. This is absolutely atrocious. The customer service is awful for a brand that talks about quality, especially when you buy a very expensive product!
I may have to go back to Beyerdynamic as this is atrocious from such a reputable manufacturer. So sad they sold it off to another awful company, Sonova!

I submitted to cancel my order 31 minutes after I placed it.
It said it would be 2-4 days until dispatch of the product... But they sent it the next day and have ignored all web forms and emails.
What a waste to ship it here from abroad and then back because they have no customer service.
I don't feel like this is going to be an easy process.
