Returned a distribution to my IRA
To obtain a home loan, my lender asked me to take a distribution from my self-directed IRA (for underwriting purposes). After the loan funded, I called Sense Financial to ask if I could return the money (and avoid distribution taxes). Since it was less than 60 days, I was allowed to return the money. Sense helped make that happen.
