I highly recommend Sense Financial Services. Dmitriy and Minna are exceptionally knowledgeable, always ready to assist, and consistently accessible. They handled the complex transfer from a Defined Benefit plan to a Solo 401K seamlessly, a service that few companies on the market can provide.

I do not normally take time to provide a review of services but in this case felt compelled to. I was reserved (maybe miffed would be more accurate) when first informed that Safeguard Advisors had transferred my Solo 401K account maintenance to Sense Financial. I started my due diligence and received satisfactory answers from Safeguard as to why the need as well as assurances of the quality of Sense Financial. I then went directly to Sense Financial by phone (I wanted to talk to a human). Was very pleased with the informative receptionist and the very gracious handling of my call. Was informed the owner would call me directly to address my concerns. In a very short time, I was engaged in very personable phone call with Dmitriy. He answered all of my questions and outlined their philosophy of client care. I believed him but thought it may have been a little too good to be true. However, my skepticism was unfounded! Today I needed some specific 1099 direction on a conversion inside the plan. Was having a dispute with my accountant. I texted Dmitriy asking if he was available for a call. At the 7-minute mark he called. (Yes, I went back to verify the timing). He graciously did research while we are the phone and provided definitive answers with clear reasoning. Can honestly say the issue went from feeling like a burden dealing with the accountant to refreshing and enlightening. I now have the detailed information to share with the accountant. – Thank you Dmitriy 😊
