I guess I got spoiled

I guess I got spoiled. I just came back from Italy. I had suce wonderful memories of the fantastic cheese I had there. I was hoping you had cheese that was close to the quality I had there. Unfortunately I did not feel the quality of your cheese was comparable . The texture and taste was not of the quality I was hoping for. I felt your service was great and ordering was easy. Your shipping was excellent. The cheese arrived when expected.
I just didn't like the texture or taste.

The service was fast

The service was fast. I haven't tasted the bottaga yet; that's why I didn't give 5 stars. The company was in contact throughout via email. I definitely will use them again

I placed an order for two items of …

I placed an order for two items of which were not received but I did receive two orders of which I was charged twice the amount I originally ordered and I did not receive the items I wanted. Therefore, I will not be ordering from your company again. It would have been nice to receive the items I requested but will have to search for another vendor!

exceptional products and service

The products and consumer service were exceptional. One of the products ordered came in a broken jar. Sensibus replaced the product without question, included a second product as a thank you for our patronage-both without a shipping charge. The gluten free pasta and the sauce we ordered were both delicious, and we are in the process of placing another order.

First Order

After I submitted my first order I wanted to add to it. I was told my order had already been packed and ready to ship. The same e-mail said if I wanted to add the items to the cart they would be shipped out the next day and the shipping charges would be waived. I did so. I was charged for the items and the shipping charges. I have not received an explanation though I have e-mailed customer service for a refund of the shipping charges which were more that the cost of the items ordered. If they had not offered to waive the shipping charges I would have ordered more items to make it worthwhile, I am reluctant to order from them ever again.

Shipping was prompt

Shipping was prompt, and arrival was as promised. The chill-packs in the package had thawed completely, though the contents seemed fine. More insulation would be prudent.

Excellent cheese resource with good prices

I bought a selection of imported cheese and crackers for my mothers 94th birthday and she loved it. My Dad, 96, also enjoyed it. I used to buy these gifts from a competitor that specializes in artisanal cheeses, but I found Sensibus to have an easier website to navigate, better prices, and faster shipping. So I'm very pleased too.

Only two things could have been better: Their mailing schedule would have delivered it before her birthday, but they have a place where you can specify a different delivery date. I specified her birthday, but they shipped it on her birthday instead, so it was a day late. Not a big thing, but I got no response when I emailed them about it later. Also, though this was a gift for her, billed to me, I keep getting emails from them addressed to her. Both of those problems are easily corrected.

Poor packaging

I'm happy with the selection of cheese. Not happy with the packaging. Two of the cheeses of three had the plastic wrap torn upon arriving. Need to improve on your quality control.

My cheese arrived beautifully packed, but I was missing one piece that I
paid for and emailed the company and asked for credit but did not get an answer.I am still hoping they will give me a credit for the missing piece, if not I won't order again.
