Expiration dates are either unclear (camembert) or unexistent (burrata) so I have to rely on an email back after I called you at least 15 times on Friday after 10 am. Clearly not the customer service you expect from a top quality provider
Sheep Cheese!
I have learned that I can not eat any cheese made with Cow or Goat Milk.
I can however have sheep Milk Cheese. I was so happy to find Sensibus and the great cheese products made with sheep Milk.

Unfortunately, this was our first order and it did not go well.
We ordered a piece of Caciocavallo and two containers of Burrata. Of course we paid for overnight shipping and were expecting our order before noon the following day. Instead, we received a phone call informing us there was a "delay" with our order and it would arrive the following day. I contacted Sensibus and they were very responsive. They thought the Caciovallo would be fine, and it was fine. The Burrata did not fare well. The ice packs seemed a bit cool, but definitely not cold. The containers of Burrata were not cool at all. When opened, they did not smell good. We were not comfortable eating or serving it.
On May 11th we received a response email from Sensibus customer care that said we should let them know how the order came through so they could start a claim with the shipper if necessary. We did just that. As of today, May 23rd, we have yet to hear from customer care regarding our dilemma. I've sent at least one additional email asking for a response and asked if they wanted us to return the Burrata.
The Caciocavallo was delicious and I'm sure the Burrata would have been as well if it had been delivered in a timely manner.
Delays happen. Sensibus is not to blame for the delivery delay. The shipping company is - in my opinion - responsible and should make this right.
Sensibus should have had the courtesy of returning our emails by now.
