The delivery itself was ok, but I ordered on Sunday 2nd. I suppose we are spoilt. I wanted the things for Friday 7th. When it said "in stock" I imagined it would be packaged and sent in time. It wasn't. Ho hum, I'll keep the things for his Christmas. The items themselves were fine.

Delivery took weeks and when it finally arrived several items were missing. Despite contacting them several times these were never delivered. So I asked for the missing items to be refunded and was ignored. I won't be using again.

I have never received my order. Money was taken. I have emailed several times. Called the number several times and it is an AI service. I have requested call backs via voice message (all you can do) several times. No one has called me back. I have given up. Cannot be contacted. Don't respond. They have taken my money and have made it impossible to be contacted to a human. Awful business. They have stolen my money.

The product didn't arrive, and they wouldn't refund the delivery cost, so they would only give me credit to the value of the toy, so I lost £4.99, and would lose another £4.99 to re-order, so I just took the hit and will never use this company to buy products again

Do NOT order from them. They are an absolute scam. Had to get a chargeback through my bank and then their threatening emails started about paying for the garbage that had been delivered. I think I will actually take them to court. It's about time someone does!

The squishes were exactly as described. No strong smell of chemicals or petrol. Very well made and my daughter was pleased and cant stop playing with them. 100% recommend this site.

Absaloutly diabolical would NEVER order again, chose express delivery & chased via emails & was told theres no delivery info or tracking & theres been a delay, requested a refund several times and have been ignored! Still havent recieved what ive orderd & it was my daughters birthday yesterday!! Do not order from these!

My grandson loved his dragon have got him a few ,a bit flimsy for boisterous boys so has to be carfull

An update from my previous review, like many others, sensory education failed on some many levels - none delivery of goods, zero communication of my many emails and no apology however they did surprisingly refund me after I cancelled the order and stated I would be issuing a chargeback if they did not. I thought I could now put this awful experience behind me and move on, with a lesson learned to always check trust pilot beforehand. Since then I have received dozens of emails demanding an invoice be paid for items that I have not received, on an order that has been cancelled and refunded. Bizarre. At best they have extremely bad management of orders and terrible customer service, at worst it's a scare tactic and they are scamming unsuspecting parents, grandparents and schools? All emails are now going into spam but I have kept all of my evidence just in case. P.S. They have been featured on RIP off Britain, and have multiple news articles written about how they are scamming other people, I hope they will be investigated soon!

Good quality, reasonably priced, well packaged and fast delivery. Good communication too, thank you will definately order from you again.

The products I ordered arrived perfect and I'm happy with them. But delivery times were awful! £5.99 for express delivery and didn't receive until 10days later is unacceptable.
Won't order from this site again which is a shame as they have some great items.

UPDATE: clearly dont know their butt's from their heads you've already been in touch and cancelled my order after asking me to send copies of my bank statements 🤣 as if I was born yesterday. Also seen that you like to threaten legal action alot, good luck with that 👍

Bought bathbombs then noticed they had taken 6 other payments £4 £4 £3 ect so I didn't notice, looked up the company and saw reviews instantly did a charge back and have reported

I ordered squishies but got air filled tat.

I was under the impression I was ordering quality squishy items as they describe on their website. Of the 5 I received not 1 has that satisfying squish all, they all had air in them.

After reporting to my bank about the situation as the company didn't reply to my concerns. Not long after the money was reversed I got emails about court and i have sent videos showing how poor these squishies are and they still won't send out what they advertise, keep threatening court and I'm unsure about what stance to take with this. Am I liable or are they at fault for not providing what they advertised?

You didn't care about my complaints before the charge back. I had sent 3 emails without reply. I received air filled cheap rubber that burst less than 2 minutes of a child getting it.

Failure to provide items as described, not show any effort or even an apology. Even after me providing evidence the items weren't what you described on the website. It would have been great to get a reply when I reached out the day I received the items.

Do NOT use these guys. They took payment for three items and only sent one and no customer comms. I have to go through my bank for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to order just what I want for my 1 year old grandsons. Safe to play with and will make them laugh and smile

I would not recommend using this company. I only received part of the order, it’s impossible to communicate with them via telephone and all email responses appear to be automatic responses rather than from an actual person. AVOID!
