I bought shoes from this website in May 2020. I thought it would be a great investment. These guys are a hoax. I never got any communication back from them when I had questions. Long story short, they sent me sunglasses which I did not order. I contacted my bank immediately after I bought the shoes, and over a few months an investigation was concluded.

Bought a pair of largely reduced shoes from SepSport- having seen the Trustpilot reviews I assumed they were a scam- but, credit to them my Shoes have arrived from China, albeit 2 months late. The reason I'm giving them two stars is it's clear the shoes are obviously fake, but were dramatically cheaper than alternative sites, so I guess I can't really complain there. I would say to avoid SepSport as clearly it's a mixed bag, with some customers never receiving their shoes and others eventually getting them- I even went to my bank to ask for the money back. There is no customer service, tracking or even order details- the only way I realised my shoes were coming was when I received a Royal Mail custom charge notice in the post.

I got pair of nike for 155dollars never got them. Big scammers

Purchased one pair of Nike sneackers. It took almost 2 months for shipping from China and in the beginning I thought it is fraud. But at the end it turned out well. I received a brandnew pair and everything was fine!

Got slammed by these criminals also. Their website looks 100% legit but DO NOT be fooled. This is not a reputable site. I purchased 2 pair of sneakers on 9/20 that were suppose to arrive inn 5-7 days, but nothing ever arrived. Tried emailing them and they will not respond. I had to call my CC company to cancel the card and file a dispute.
DO NOT BECOME THEIR NEXT VICTIM!

I was able to get a full refund through my bank for my purchase which never arrived. It only took filling out a form and sending off.

I ordered from this scam company on July 21st 2020 after waiting weeks for my order it never came. I emailed the company to inquire about my order but they never responded. I opened a PayPal dispute for a refund and they sent PayPal a bogus tracking number. PayPal kept extending my dispute giving the phony seller the opportunity to respond. I thought PayPal was suppose to protect the consumer....anywhoo after many calls and chats with PayPal I was finally issued a refund!!!! Please do not order anything from Sepsport!!!!

This is a scam business, unfortunately I did not look them up in trustpilot before buying. I had the same experience as the rest of trustpilots review s. Placed order and the money was drawn from my account, no shoes, and when we contacted their "customer service" we got an invalid tracking code. We cancelled the order and waiting for the refund, but it will probably end with us contacting the bank and make them take action. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING; its a waste of time and money.

Scammed as well... received a dodgy pair of sunglasses instead of a pair of shoes.

Purchased sneakers and never received them! Made several attempts through email to get some answers and no replies!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

terrible. took my money. sent multiple emails and did not hear back. never received my purchase.

Purchased shoes, did not receive any order information. Contacted the customer service department via the email address listed on their site. Requested tracking information with no response to the 3 emails I sent. Located two additional email addresses and forwarded my three requests. Received a response from one of the email addresses indicating there was no record of my order. Sent a screenshot of PayPal receipt along with a screenshot I took when initially placing the order. Absolutely NO response afterwards, despite having sent 6 messages requesting an order update. HORRIBLE customer service and awful business transparency.

I ordered some Nike shoes and never got a conformation email so I looked it up and it was a scam!! I need to know how to take my order out now since they already took the money, help!

I never received my order, and never received a refund. My attempts to contact customer service were met with silence. Absolutely horrible business that won't even provide a phone number in their contact information!

This site is a complete scam!! Never ever use them they are thieves and no good criminals. They have the nerve to send crap you didnt even pay for. I recieved sun glasses when I payed for nike air max 270s. Unfortunately these peices of crap are in china so you cant get to them, they are just sitting around taking your money. Never use them they give you no product or the wrong product. And they charged more than I authorized. Shut them down immediately throw their ass on jail! They are a bunch of damn theives!! The US BBB needs to shut them down permanently!

Sent wrong product, refuse to refund money. I’ve reported them to authorities. They keep sending me emails with ways to get my refund. RCMP and Ministry of Consumer n Commercial Relations, have been informed. (Authority powers in Canada). Do NOT buy anything from this site!

SCAM. went to purchase a pair of shoes and it said payment failed. I spoke to a "lady" in the chat. She said she sent me an email saying the payment didnt go through and that they will give me a discount code. I tired 6 times and the payment still didnt go through. I called my credit card company and he started saying all these different websites that attempted to use my credit card with different amounts. Thank goodness i have a fraud thing set up on my visa that they caught it. Have to get a new card. Happy the payment didnt go through, BEWARE EVEN IF YOUR PAYMENT WENT THROUGH YOUR CARD MAY HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED. CHECK WITH YOUR BANK!!!!
