I ordered a number of items on-line but received a call the following day to say that one wasn't in stock. I was told that no eta was available but if I was happy to wait then it would be dispatched as soon as it was in stock. I received a second call a few weeks later to let me know it was here and it arrived with me 2 days later. Totally transparent and straightforward, exactly how it should be.

Rang these guys up and explained that I had my tuning session in a few days. They explained they had a delay in there delivery and out sourced the part I ordered and paid for next day delivery. I took delivery of the part the day before my tuning session so perfectly in time luckily. The original contact wasn't amazing but they went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I needed for the time I had.

Item received 3 days later than expected after paying for 48-hour postage.
Item was a v band clamp 3in, but it didn't include a nut to tighten the clamp together. The item is no use to me without the nut. There's nothing on the website saying it didn't include the nut with the clamp. Even though it's pictured on the website. Contacted via email but no response.

Placed an order some time ago one part not available so they kept my part on back order list and as soon as it became available received an email paid and sent out Happy Days will always use again when needed

Ordered the part on Thursday and paid for 24hr shipping. I expected it to be shipped on Friday for arrival on Saturday. Rang late on Friday to ascertain where it was, they were closed and left a message. Still no sign of it on Monday so rang again. I was told they were busy and it wouldn't be posted till the afternoon. Arrived on Tuesday finally... Not the best when I paid over £10 for next day delivery.

I would definitely recommend for parts such as Vibrant resonators which is what I bought. Great prices which include shipping fees due to Vibrant being an American brand.
