I ordered and paid for my dress 1 March - still waiting on dress or refund

I ordered and paid for my dress 1 March - it went missing in the post apparently. I was promised a replacement - it did not arrive. I have contacted webaterenityandgrace.co.uk who responded to me initially, but now just ignore my emails. customerservicesatserenityandgrace.co.uk come back undeliverable as mail box full. Serenity and Grace are stating on their website "Serenity and Grace online are operating as normal". I thought this was a reputable company as House of Fraser stocked their label - clearly not

Ordered my dress 16/05/20

Ordered my dress 16/05/20, after no confirmation of it being sent I emailed them. I got a response off a women called Sharon Coady asking me to call her on her mobile number 07718143029, when I called she said that the company should have been removed off line as they have ceased trading!!! I informed her this was not the case and it was still fully operational!! I had my money pending to them after my order was accepted so she advised that after 3 days it would drop back into my account as they would not take it because the accountant was critically ill with Coronavirus. I gave her the benefit of doubt but it unfortunately did deduct from my account 2 days later! I contacted Sharon that day and she reassured me the money would be refunded in 3/5 days.....It wasn’t!! My husband and myself tried to contact Sharon by email and on her mobile and after numerous failed attempts she called my husband back as she didn’t recognise his number! When my husband confronted her over the money she said she couldn’t talk at that moment as her Daughter had DIED the night before of CORONAVIRUS and she ended the call to him! She then messaged me asking for alternative bank detail then the ones I used to purchase the dress so she can refund it! WHY NOT REFUND IT TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS FAKE COMPANY! THIS INDIVIDUAL IS SICK, TWISTED AND PRAYING ON THE SITUATION THAT CORONAVIRUS HAS PUT US ALL IN...HARD WORKING PEOPLE ARE HAVING TO NOW ORDER CLOTHING ITEMS ON LINE FOR THEMSELVES AND FAMILY AND THIS WOMAN IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OFF THIS AND ROBBING US ALL!!! Next, Pink Boutique do do many of the dresses this company are selling and I managed to get the dress from Pink Boutique in the end!! After reporting to them that I was going to the press they became very anxious and started messaging me asking if the money was back in my account!!! Surprise surprise after threatening to report to the media they gave me my money back!!

I ordered dress on May 9, 2020. It is still in "processing" phase. I have written to the company via e-mail and form on the page. There is no answer. I have no information about my dress. I wish I had read the comments before.

It took time but excellent dress as surprise for my partner ordered another

Although it took some time the dress arrived and was wonderful
Have since ordered another for Xmas as these are ideal and better than many from so called designer names.

If I could give 0 I would!!! Absolute scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried several times emailing, trying their non existent number & also the sheer ignorance on Facebook where they will post updates but ignore messages. Absolute disgusting way to treat paying customers!!! Dispute now raised with my bank as there is no way I will have my dress now (considering the event has passed!!!). Avoid at all costs!!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company clearly doesn't exist anymore. £200 taken and nothing to show for it. Can't believe they've been getting away with it. AWFUL PEOPLE, how do they sleep at night?!!!!

Do Not Use ....Fraudsters!

This company is taking your money and not sending the goods, phone number non existent emails either the same or just ignored.

Fraudulent website please do not use, hopefully Visa will be my saviour!

AVOID!!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered - suggest extreme caution. No sign of my order despite payment taken - phone number is fake and emails not replied to. Starting a chargeback claim with visa. Hope the site gets taken down as is either poor business set up or more likely a fraudulent website..

Due to House of Fraser going into Administration in August this had a huge effect on our business and service levels as we held quantities of stock with them. Our Concession Stores within House of Fraser were badly effected.

Ordered some dresses which have yet to arrive. Phone number doesnt work and email bounces back to no way to contact. You will never get your items so dont bother! Looks like they were once trading but are now just raking it in before they are liquidated.

Avoid!.....

Having searched extensively online for dresses I was delighted to find what I was looking for on this website, so I placed an order on Sunday 16th June for a dress for my wedding (actually ordered two for sizing). Unfortunately for some reason I didn't see and read these reviews first and wish I had, after reading other information online and seeing the website it seemed perfectly ok to go ahead and order, so did so with full trust. I seem to now be in the same position as the other recent reviewers who received a 'receipt' for payment and have had their payments taken from them, but since have been unable to contact the company by phone or email after I tried several times when I had a question about my order. I also received a bounced back email because the inbox is too full. It now seems highly doubtful from reading others experiences that any dresses will arrive! It seems from the mix of reviews that this business was once active but is not active anymore, however the owner of the business is still allowing the website to take payments - and so I also now have to go to my bank to reclaim. Avoid this website!

Ordered a dress for £105 on 14 May to…

Ordered a dress for £105 on 14 May to be delivered in 5 days. It's now almost a month and have received nothing. They don't reply to emails and never pick up the phone. It appears to be a fake and fraudulent operation and don't place your order with them.

Don’t order from this company.

I placed my order on Sat 27th , choosing a dress that appeared to be in stock, they took my money and sent an invoice saying being processed. I cam across this review site on Monday, for 3 days I emailed, some bounced back, one email box was full. Tried to phone on numerous occasions with no response. I contacted the main dealer of the dress I had ordered, they don’t get reply’s from this company who owe them money, they don’t supply them anymore, so I have no chance of getting my dress from them, they fraudulently took my money. I went to my bank yesterday, I had paid by debit card, they got my money back.

AVOID . SCAM Company

Ordered online, Item never arrived, sent 15 emails. no response.
eventually I received emails from different staff saying different things about my order!
It seems only when you complain online and publically they email you.
The item I ordered never arrived and still weeks later,,,no refund.

How is this company allowed to operate like this? They must be reported to consumer Affairs.

This is not a professional company My advice is to stick with the reputable companies such as ASOS etc .
I wish I checked online reviews before I purchased from this terrible company. Lesson learnt ...

Beautiful Dress! Great Service.

I ordered a beautiful Chi Chi dress from Serenity & Grace, it was delivered quickly and packaged well. Definitely would order from them again, they have so many lovely things for special occasions.
