Excellent product and very environmentally friendly

Very quick delivery and pleased to be doing something that is eco friendly.

The product and delivery service is good. The issue is with the subscription. There is no warning of an upcoming renewal. While I understand it is my responsibility to keep a track of this, it would be good to have a warning that it is coming so that could delay it if I didn't need it at that time. I now have a delivery of a new box of 45 when I still have half a box left.

Arrived with minimal packaging (Excellent!), so pleased to avoid all that plastic, and as described.
Toilet paper and kitchen towel is very good. Really good to have finally found something UK produced
But the laundry sheets do not work very well, especially clothes worn hard by children.
However, Will be buying the toilet paper again

I bought toilet tissue from serious thinking I'd be more eco friendly and getting soft thick toilet paper 🧻. Unfortunately it's no where as soft and thick as the usual paper I buy.

Excellent service as always. Subscription renewed - I had notification & it was sent soon after that. I had great communication from Royal Mail about date coming and was delivered as promised, a reliable and trustworthy carrier. I love how environmental these are - made in the UK from recycled paper, no excess packaging and the product is good too. Inner tube goes in the compost so no waste at all. Well done!

Prompt delivery, in good condition, one massive box of loo rolls.
Supermarkets in this country don't seem to stock the big packs of eco-responsible loo rolls we used to buy in Australia, so we are really happy to buy from Serious Tissues.

Easy to order and set up a subscription.Have tried other ECP products but no other was made in the UK with recycled products, giving low carbon miles.

speedy response and prompt delivery, although I would have liked the option of buying just particular items, rather an a pre-prepared selection. for instance, being able to request an order of kitchen rolls or facial tissues, without the inclusion of toilet tissues. I have asked this question earlier, but have received neither an acknowledgement or reply.

Switched from WGAC recycled tp because of the individually wrapped rolls which we think is unnecessary. Best thing we ever did. We think the paper is a much better quality. Rolls are smaller and we're yet to work out what that means in terms of value but it doesn't matter tbh.

To my knowledge the only recycled tissues that are not imported from abroad. Its great to use recycled paper but it rather undoes the 'good' if the rolls have travelled on a boat from China! Seriously!

Extremely pleased with quality and softness of the loo rolls and the speed of delivery.

Would love to see Serious Tissues supplying palm oil free toilet soap as well as environmentally conscious washing machine detergent. Would definitely buy this.

Finally a recycled paper that is strong enough to actually use.

Though it’s not thick, it performs really well. Good price and excellent quick service.
