This is my second purchase and I have to say that the quality has somewhat changed since my last order. The quality is no where near as good as before. The paper feels thinner and I'm having to use more. I'm cancelling my subscription unfortunately. Such a shame you've changed your product

Made the card insert bigger
I have now bought two boxes of the serious tissue toilet rolls. The second box I am still using but still had some rolls left from the first box. The difference in the centre card roll is considerable as the first box card falls into the second box rolls with plenty of room to spare. I like to do my bit wherever I can for the environment but why cheat people instead of being honest and put up prices.
I won't be buying again.

Toilet rolls are amazing and they are delivered quickly. Since you buy in bulk they last ages whereas I used to be always at the supermarket. There's also the feel good factor that no trees were harmed in the making of the products 😊
