I've never seen a purchase so safe and tastefully packaged, with lightning-fast free express shipping. The watch I bought as used doesn't have the slightest mark nor sign of use. It's in better condition than many watches I've bought new.

Excellent Service
I purchased a European only model and had it shipped to the US. Unfortunately it was during the US government shutdown which delayed customs clearance. They did a great job keeping me informed of status. The box was crushed when I received it but it was so well packed the inner carton showed no damage! Would highly recommend.

Great purchase experience,loved the quick process and being informed when my delivery was coming by email was great on you part! However Fedex was not so great to deal with,i was home all day Sunday and they scheduled the package out for delivery and mentioned they attempted to delivery but i was not available,not so!!! I was home all day and not a ring at the door! Any how i really am happy it finally arrived and love the watch thank you Serious watches! Dhl is would have been my prefrence of choice in delivery company and i never had any issues with dhl,just my thoughts,cheers!Did i mention i love my new le jour chronograph!🙂
