This is a joke of a service, they would cling to any possible reason to not repair anything, even a god damn minor insignifiant scratch, they will void your waranty and just keep your phone for one month for nothing... Scam scam scam

I am trying to return this item and so far nobody has answered my email or gave me a label to return this product I don't want it and I'd like to have a full refund so can anyone help me on this site

The worst experience so far. My phone couldn't recharge anymore and they returned it to me untocuched because I've sent it without taking out the locking pin?! How could I do it if the phone was dead?

100 percent scammers i don't know why they still exist and are not in jail

I am sorry you do not have zero stars to give to this company.
They have damaged the phone when inspecting it, offered 320 euros and then offered 100 euros for a perfect phone claiming potential mechanical shocks ( i suspect open cover by them as well).
When I said the phone had a corner chipped when inspecting, they said it was there even I have photos and videos to prove it was not.
Please, do not be fooled by such company with such cheap behavior, they want your phone for free and sell it with hundreds of Euros after.

Their buyback program is a total fraud. I wanted to sell my phone through this service, filled in their digital form correctly, and went through all the steps shared by them. Once the phone reached their service they sent me an email to state that the buyback is not possible because it's either blacklisted/locked/coded/etc. I had to exchange multiple emails to understand the exact issue, which was that the phone was locked in a certain network, which I had already stated previously, in the online form filled in before shipping the phone. If you want to waste almost 2 weeks for nothing selling a product, choose Service-Return.com. They do a great job of waisting you time and nerves.

Never again. I have bought some items / in sale. IT has shown as IT is fake. Pictures& info confising looking like good DEAL but after making the payment i only found out the DEAL was not as mentioned. Return policy - label attached is not possible to use for any transport company. Return Department Of Etam - lack Of support, plus does not advice How to solve the problem. Do not reccomend at all and will not ever use IT again

Need to return the dress I ordered. Dress its too long, too small and it's not as fancy as the one shown in the picture. Please send me a return receipt.

Nothing advertised on their website matches the service they are providing. Even I have payed for extra benefits in terms of servicing products I did not benefit for any. Starting from the delivery of the phone to service which was supposed to be picked up by a courier and did not happened as I had to sent it myself. Continuing with delayed responses, yelling at me over the phone, not respecting the terms they have listed at all and ending more then a month later with the phone still not repaired.

I bought a jacket, when it arrived it had nothing like what I ordered, super fake!
I also can't return and get the credit back on my credit card!
I have this product, and not knowing what to do, I want to return imediately!

Bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend ever! The kept my product for 2 weeks no communication at all, they sent it back damaged.

The worst service ever!! And the partnership between them and QM Romania.
I sent the phone to them to replace the glass that protects the camera. They canceled my warranty, sent it to me after 2 months UNREPAIRED and without any explanation.

They will look for any reason to to cancel the warranty and then make you pay!! In my case, they did not even fix it!

Very shady company. I had to send a phone I bought 7 months ago and the screen was malfunctioning. They said they couldn't repair it under warranty because it was "scratched" and because it was dropped but they offered a very "convenient solution": me to pay 530 RON+VAT - almost 80% of the value of the phone and they would repair it under their post-warranty service. I took photos of the phone before I sent it to them and had no scratches, it was never dropped, even in their photos, it shows clearly that the phone is in perfect shape. Very unprofessional company. Always ask the company you are buying from what service shop they work with and if you hear their name.. drop it.. and buy from a different company.
