Service was straight forward. Received a call on what would be needed and how much the total was, price wasn’t crazy high but more than the average garage.

pick up and collection, within agreed time, easy process, kept informed of work required.
I didn't leave a negative review straight away because I assumed these things happen. My car had only done around **12,000 miles**, but I was told it had failed the MOT due to headlight alignment and that I needed to pay an extra **£100**. Since the car was already with them, I felt like I had no real option but to agree.
What really changed my opinion was what happened afterwards. When I mentioned it to a few friends, I was genuinely surprised that every single one who had used Servicing Stop told me they had been charged for headlight alignment as well. Whether that's just a coincidence or not, I don't know, but it certainly raised alarm bells.
The frustrating part is that headlight alignment isn't something the average customer can easily check or challenge. You're basically forced to trust what you're being told, especially when your car is already in the garage and you've been told the MOT has failed.
Maybe my experience was just unlucky, but after hearing similar stories from people I know, I won't be using Servicing Stop again. I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any unexpected MOT repair charges.
Title: Unprofessional, hidden fees, and held my car hostage. Avoid!I had an absolutely terrible experience here after booking a Full Service. A staff member named Marven was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After I already paid for a Full Service, he called demanding an extra £400 just to do the basic work. When I asked what the original fee covered, he claimed it was only for "checking" the car and that even the oil change cost extra. When I refused to pay the hidden fees, Marven rudely told me they would hold my car hostage and wouldn't give it back until I paid. I actually had to threaten to call the police just to get my own vehicle released. To make matters worse, they did absolutely no work on the car, refused to let me speak to a manager, and returned my car a total mess. Someone had clearly been sitting inside my car drinking tea and coffee, leaving rubbish behind. Do not trust this place. They lure you in, demand more money once they have your keys, and treat customers with zero respect. Avoid at all costs.
My car was picked up from home, serviced by polite and very informative mechanics, with Dean explaining all work done, and why. Recommend.
Great comunication,Marvin explained requirements profesionaly, will definately use this service again, well done to Marvin and the team.
I used their service couple of times and were always happy. This time I face most incompetent and ignorant attitude. Not to mention that the pick up of the car was hours later than promised, I did not receive the car back in the evening, so I had to book taxi to deal with my commitments. The car is held with the garage for a second day.
All communication regarding reimbursement were ignored completely.
