Service was straight forward. Received a call on what would be needed and how much the total was, price wasn’t crazy high but more than the average garage.

Collection and return is good. They're expensive and wanted to do some unnecessary work. I was advised that two of my shock absorbers needed replacing. I declined and had them checked at a local garage who advised: "If this was my car, I wouldn't be changing the shock absorbers for another two years." I've just had the car serviced this year and, according to the garage, there's still "nothing wrong" with the shock absorbers.
You can't talk directly to the service centre - have to go through a call centre. A shame. If I'd had a good experience I might have made them my regular service supplier. As it is, I won't be using them again.

The advertised £40 discount seemed too good to be true. On the day, my car was collected nearly an hour late, and I was then told it needed almost £1,000 of additional work. After declining, I was told I needed a more expensive long-life oil instead.
I also received several payment links that didn't work, causing unnecessary delays, and my car was away for nearly eight hours. In the end, the "discount" only reduced the price by a few pounds compared to the original service cost, making the offer feel misleading.
The staff were polite throughout, but overall I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't use the service again.

Do not use this company!!! I had my car basic serviced and it has taken hours. They have done repairs which I didn’t agree to and charge a ridiculous price for brake fluid and pollen filter. £232 to be exact! I then rang to speak to someone and was told nothing and said I’d receive a call back and still received nothing. The sales advisor who I finally managed to speak to was extremely rude and began to argue with me. Do not use this company

Car collected and returned without fuss. Got a call from Dean once the service and MOT completed - offered some additional services but I declined - no pressure, no upselling. I’m very impressed and happy with the service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. they rip you off just for oil change in your car, IT’S NOT SUCH A THING £180 FOR FULL SERVICE. I PAID £280 JUST FOR OIL CHANGE. READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU GO AHEAD, PLEASE

Overall reasonable though driver did not appear on initial day of booking. We received a confirmation the day before and the day of the scheduled service, and then a message that the driver was running. That was the last we heard about collection until after midday, when I contacted ServicingStop to see what had happened to our driver. Apparently he had not been able to find our address and then had simply returned to base, without calling us or informing ServicingStop themselves. We had to rearrange the service for 2 weeks hence and, so far, car has been collected and service completed.

Booking was quicker, picking up the car and also getting back to me with what needed to be fixed in the car

I booked the Full Service and MOT deal with Servicing Stop, which initially looked like a really good price. However, the final invoice came with a massive amount of hidden costs. They quoted over £1,000 in maintenance fees for a car that has only done 25,500 miles! On top of that, they added an 'oil surcharge' at the end, which they claim is compulsory but never mentioned anywhere in advance during the booking process. The upfront deal is good, but the upselling and hidden fees make it far less competitive than it seems. Avoid!
