Service was straight forward. Received a call on what would be needed and how much the total was, price wasn’t crazy high but more than the average garage.

Sent my Alphard in for a service and it came back broken. Now I cant get out of my car from the inside.
Servicing stop said they would get this fixed and since then they have blanked me. They even tried to say my brake fluid needed changing because it was old but when I said it was completely changed just 6weeks ago they started trying to make excuses.
The garage that serviced my vehicle stamped my service book with a Servicing stop stamp which I have now been told has voided my warranty because I cant prove that the garage was an authorised garage to service my vehicle.
This company uses cowboy garages that cant get their own business because they are rogue and cowboys.
Stay well away from this company and go to a proper garage and save yourself in stress and money

Vehicle was collected on time, there was the option for extra work to be carried out.
Overall a great experience.

Really straightforward from collection of my car, kept me updated on everything through the duration and advised me on what work to prioritise and how to keep things cost efficient. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Great service as time is very precious to me. Great being able to have the vehicle collected, serviced and returned within a few hours leaving me to get on with my day.

⭐ 1 STAR – I NEVER GOT MY CAR BACK
My experience with Servicing Stop has been absolutely appalling, and I would strongly advise people to think very carefully before using this company.
I took my Citroën C4 to Servicing Stop for an MOT. The car failed its MOT, and after receiving an invoice from them, I paid the amount in full and cleared the invoice.
I was then told that my car would be brought back to me.
I never got it back.
Despite being promised that my vehicle would be returned, I never saw my car again. I needed to recover some personal belongings that I had left inside the vehicle, and I also needed to arrange for the car to be taken for scrap, but I was never able to do this because I never recovered the vehicle.
The situation became so unacceptable that I eventually had to contact the DVLA myself to deregister the car.
To make matters even worse, I am still receiving emails from Servicing Stop almost every single day asking me to book another MOT with them for the same old Citroën C4.
This is extremely frustrating and upsetting. I don't know what happened to my car or where it is now. I sincerely hope it has not been sold or disposed of without my knowledge, because I have never been given a proper explanation of what happened to my vehicle.
I paid the invoice they sent me. I was promised that my car would be returned to me. I trusted them with my vehicle, and I never got it back.
I have never experienced anything like this with a company before. The lack of a satisfactory explanation and the fact that I was unable to recover my own vehicle and personal belongings is completely unacceptable.
I would never use Servicing Stop again, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others consider using a different company
