Service was straight forward. Received a call on what would be needed and how much the total was, price wasn’t crazy high but more than the average garage.

Quick and simple process. Had an update within 2 hours of collection. Chose not to continue with some add-ons as I could take care of them myself.

Going by the 12,000+ 1-star reviews, I'm one of many cheated by this company by my service not having been completed and the service light left on, in addition to car being kept over the weekend.
Endless emails not responded to, yet all you ever get is the generic copy and paste Trustpilot response to reviews that totally ignores everything and asks you to send yet another email.
Avoid like the plague.

Only gave one star as ZERO is not an option! Deplorable, disrespectful & downright LYING about work claimed to have been done when it had NOT been carried out! I was billed for work that was NEVER carried out & then had my car impounded overnight with a threat to sell it to pay the bill! I'm a disabled pensioner & rely on my car every day for hospital & Drs appts. To be threatened in this manner was very stressful & it has left me distrustful of trying 3rd parties again! Can't fault the garage, they were brilliant & actually listened to what i was saying regarding work I had not sanctioned. How many folks have been hoodwinked & not questioned what work HAS actually been done & payed for work that has NOT been done? Or just payed upon threat of having their vehicle effictively stolen! I am taking this further via trading standards in the hope of preventing this happening to someone else!

Utterly terrible. Car was collected and dropped off at agreed times. Driver who collected car very polite. The only reason I used this company was that I live in Weybridge and the nearest Kia dealer is in Guildford. This vehicle was having its first service new in 2025. I had paid for a full service and didn’t expect to receive a call telling me there were extras required, a complete change of brake fluids and that the oil was to be a special oil that wasn’t compatible with the oil currently in the vehicle. Not only would I have to pay additional for the replacement oil, but I had already paid for an oil change in the full service charge. Not only that, because the oils were different I would have to have the entire system flushed out. Described on their invoice as a carbon flush. I just asked an engineer friend who tells me that this rarely, if ever needs to be done in vehicles at less than 50k miles. I agreed to the oil change because they fraudently claimed that it would make your that the electronic reporting to KIA would ensure the warranty remained valid & I needed the car back. Outrageous scam.

EDIT / UPDATE: The company has finally emailed me. While they claim they cannot "substantiate" the £2,500 verbal phone quote on their recordings, their email explicitly admits that their system sent me an automated email confirming I had authorised work when I had completely refused it. They also admit to giving completely contradictory information and withholding the performing garage's details from me. This investigation confirms exactly how deceptive their automated system and customer service practices are. I will attempt to resolve my dispute with Servicing Stop directly.
Avoid Servicing Stop At All Costs: A Disgraceful, Highly Inflated ExperienceDo not trust this company with your vehicle. My car was collected for a routine MOT through Servicing Stop under a reasonable initial quote, but what followed was an absolute nightmare of predatory sales tactics and blatant misinformation. A sales representative called me claiming my car desperately needed new brake pads and discs, quoting an outrageous £2,500 and aggressively pushing me to take out a finance plan. He then tacked on an extra £40 claiming the oil change wasn't included, before the line mysteriously disconnected. When I called back, I was trapped in a carousel of different customer service agents, each spinning contradictory stories. One claimed the extra fee was for "premium oil," while another cited a completely different oil type entirely and claimed these details were upfront in my email. When I demanded they cancel everything and return my car, I was told only the initial sales representative could authorise it, and I was even threatened that my vehicle would be withheld until I paid. To top off the absurdity, they sent an invoice for roughly £1,000 - leaving me wondering where on earth the original £2,500 figure even came from. The true depth of their business practices was exposed when I bypassed Servicing Stop entirely, checked my MOT status online, and contacted the actual performing garage directly. The local garage safely returned my car and completely debunked the initial claims: they confirmed the oil change was standard and fully included, and stated that only a single brake disc and pad needed replacing. Most damningly, the actual quote they passed to Servicing Stop was only around £300. Servicing Stop presented heavily inflated quotes for mechanical work that the local garage explicitly confirmed was completely unnecessary. I am far from the only customer with this exact grievance, and if the company tries their standard tactic of claiming they cannot find me in their system, they can look up booking reference 1940988. Armed with direct evidence of their heavily inflated, fabricated quotes from the actual garage, my next phone call is straight to my card provider to dispute the charges. Avoid them at all expenses.

Totaller scammers try to get on a no credit check loan my car went in for an MOT and a service thinking it's a bit late I decided to check on the gov MOT website where it had failed the woman from service stop rang me about an hour later told at had failed she gave me a quote of nearly £800 and then came the hard sell on the loan I told to send everything over loan it never came having no contact with the garage it took me a full day to finally get my car back having the work done elsewhere for £500 big difference wouldn't recommend the to my worst enemy

Awful - honestly do not bother.
(Unless you’re willing to take a whole day off work and be mucked around for most of that day)
Supposed to collect my car between 8am - 10am, they do not turn up despite communication the night before.
I call servicing stop at 10am, and was informed the driver has just left. They do not arrive at 11am.
I get a separate call in the afternoon trying to charge me more for oil. I refuse !
At 3:30pm I get a call to tell me my car is ready and they will be dropping it back, the person I spoke to put the postcode into the sat nav and advised 1 hour. I get a phone call 1 hour later at 4:30pm, they tell me my car has not left and the policy is the car will be back by 6pm. The staff at the garage are rude and basically tell me there is nothing I can do, they need to another job before mine.
Awful, awful experience
