Brick after brick raffle.
Entered the raffle for the Nigel Sylvester brick after brick jordan 4s. Was lucky to get a win. Was well informed about the process and procedure of it all. Delivery was fast and well packaged and handled, again well informed about the delivery. Overall it was a pleasure and easy to use service will definitely recommend and used again, probable quite regularly.

Returned an order on 30.04.2026 enquired about refund and was told by an advisor that due to an error i hadn’t been automatically refunded and they would process the refund manually on 15.05.2026 despite numerous emails without reply to the help email address no refund was forthcoming eventuality contacted a representative via the chat function on 02.06.2026 and have been informed refund still hasn’t been processed and would be completed today will not use this company again

Ordered a pair of shoes that had…
Ordered a pair of shoes that had defects so I returned them a couple of days later. I got an email saying they had received the shoes and had sent a refund to my original payment method, it has now been over a month since this was email sent and I haven’t received the refund. I am currently without the item or my money for over a month, I opened a live chat and they said they will try the refund manually which will take another 5-10 working days. So even if this refund works I may still be out of pocket for another 2 weeks

Really disappointing first experience shopping here and definitely my last.
Won the Travis Scott Shy Pink raffle in a UK 10.5, waited for delivery, only to receive the completely wrong size. The shoes sent were UK 11.5 and even the box sizing was inconsistent. For a limited-edition release like this, mistakes like this are unacceptable.
What makes it worse is the lack of clarity from customer service. I’m being told to return the pair before they can even confirm whether a replacement exists, despite the fact raffle stock is extremely limited. No reassurance, no certainty, just “wait for the warehouse”.
When customers spend this kind of money and trust you with exclusive launches, basic quality control and communication should be expected.
