Refunded against my will after a courier error. Lost a raffle item I won fairly
I won a spot in a raffle release and paid for my item. The parcel was then returned to SEVENSTORE due to a courier issue that had nothing to do with me. Instead of holding the order or arranging redelivery, they processed it as a return and refunded me without my consent — then told me the order can’t be reinstated and payment can’t be retaken.
So a delivery company’s mistake cost me a limited item I’d legitimately secured, and SEVENSTORE’s “resolution” was to undo the entire purchase and call it done. A refund doesn’t replace a raffle item you can’t buy again. The reply was polite, but politeness doesn’t fix a system that punishes the customer for an error they didn’t make. Disappointing handling of something that was entirely within their power to do better.

I expected new and clean items, but receiving stained clothing is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
ordered several T-shirts and they arrived with stains on them. The white T-shirt had a rust-like stain. I washed it immediately, but the stain did not come out. I am very disappointed with the quality of the items I received. Quality control should be improved to ensure customers do not receive stained clothing.

Numerous failed exchanges
I ordered a size I thought would fit but as with many Adidas trainers, they differ on silhouettes. I arranged via their website to exchange for a 9.5uk, which would be sent out once my return was received. Once received, they sent out my new trainers, in a uk9 again. The ones I had just returned. So again, I started a Live Chat and explained my situation. They apologised and said upon receipt of return postage, they would send out the uk9.5s next day delivery. Each time I exchanged, the size uk9.5 was written on the note provided via the site. Next day delivery came and guess what, the same uk9 pair of trainers were in the box. I have started the return once again but my time is being taken up packaging and returning to the local drop off point. I have asked for this matter to be escalated to a manager and I'm currently waiting for a representative to get back to me.
