I ordered a couple of fitted bedsheets. They never arrived. I emailed asking what the situation was and was told they were out of stock and no longer available. I was told I could expect a refund in 10 working days. Nothing happened. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed with no response.

Please DO NOT use this company.

I haven't purchased a topper hence the 1 star but this company also trade under the name of Sunshine Linen Company . Must be from China

Scam company ordered mattress topper king size and duvet cover both cost £58.98 never received goods company claimed they delivered through Evri.but I did get any notification whatsoever from Evri. I wish I had seen the reviews I wouldn't have fallen for this scam.

Quality at a cracking price

Easy to order, item as described. Delivery within time scale.

Unreliable company, doesn't answer the phone or look at any emails.First time order, would of thought they would want to send the right fitted sheets. Ordered a king-size in 400 thread.Sent 600 thread.

First time ordering, dispatch confirmation received, delivery 48hrs. No delivery, emailed company, told item out of stock so refunded me. Why give dispatch confirmation when they didn't even have the item.

I placed an order for a double pin tucked egyptian cotton duvet set after seeing the advert online. The quality was very poor, I contacted them straight away by email as I could not see how to return the item. They told me I could return the item but I would have to pay the cost of the return. I then sent them a screen shot of their advert stating "Free 30 day returns". They came back to me and offered to refund me 25% of the cost of the order to prevent me "being out of pocket" if I returned the item. I rejected this offer and again asked to return the item for free and get a full refund. They are now ignoring me. I have sent them multiple emails since this last offer with no response. Do not buy from here

Ordered the kingsize topper because I fell hook, line and sinker for their social media adverts! Poor, cheap, synthetic quality that came up short at the sides on our kingsize bed. Have contacted them 3 times so far for the free return instructions they say they offer on the website but as with so many other reviews Ive now come across - they are ignoring me. Save your money, dont fall for it. You’ll get better quality elsewhere for the same £29.99!!

Had a problem via eBay as product not as described. Had initial contact and they agreed to a £19.78p refund, gave the order number as requested and will not refund or reply to many messages plus phone numbers not answered. Be very careful as this is very poor customer service and just to ignore is totally unacceptable.

Ordered a duvet on the 2nd January & still has not arrived & have had no reply from emails

I've purchased a fitted sheet. The quality was very good. It fitted very well for our thick mattress. I'll buy another one
