The two ladies serving in the Bromley

The two ladies serving in the Bromley, Glades Centre store are extremely helpful and friendly.
They checked the stock room for my size when it wasn't on display and helped me order another item online which was then delivered to the store.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sincerely sorry to hear that the products arrived damaged. Our web team did get in touch with you and advised you to return it and the warehouse would send you a replacement or to visit one of our stores to quickly get it sorted out as it was a Christmas gift.

We have passed the incident to our account manager to look into it and for such not to reoccur in future.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots which…

I ordered 2 pairs of boots which arrived quickly. I kept one and sent one back. Two weeks later I still had not received my refund, even though I had received notification that they had arrived back at the depot. I had to ring up and complain. It is then sorted out.

poor returns

Jacket arrived well but too small however their returns is terrible. Returned it two weeks ago but have no idea if it has arrived. I know that Hermes returned it as it has been delivered but so far zero correspondence from 73.

UPDATED: 73 Contacted me and quickly sorted out the issue the same day including a full refund. So I have updated my rating from a 2 to a four as the package I sent back went to the wrong warehouse.

Completely wonderful after total failure by Hermes

Hermes lost my parcel because they dropped the top line off my address. Their useless website makes it impossible to email them or ring them. Shocking. Seventy Three emailed me frequently with updates and then found me an alternative pair of boots. They did all this at the busiest time of year. They are totally fantastic.

never received coat

never received coat, two weeks wasted and by the time i was refunded the coat had sold out. Not just here either so now I am without a coat and little of the way of an apology for this huge cock up by Seventy three and Hermes. probably wont shop here again!
