Placed and paid for an order only to find out the order couldn’t be fulfilled due to problems with their warehouse. Communication really poor, requested a refund because they couldn’t advise when they would be able to fulfil the order. Was then given a discount code for my next purchase to encourage me to shop with them again but because the boots I wanted were in a Black Friday sale I couldn’t use the code so basically it wasn’t a genuine offer of a discount because I would have to pay the same as anyone who hadn’t had problems with the company for the boots I wanted. I won’t be using Seventy Three again

It wasn't a great experience...

I'm honestly not sure where to start. I couldn't get my shoes in-store, so they were purchased to my home address. The entire process of delivery took two weeks and I spent most of that wondering whether I should request a refund. Here's why:

- The courier of choice was DPD. They wouldn't leave them with a neighbour, they wouldn't deliver them to a preferred drop off location (apparently a decision of the retailer), they don't do evening deliveries, you can't suggest time slots where you will actually be at home. When somebody was actually home, DPD didn't even turn up at the time they said they would the next day.

- Getting in contact with Seventy Three about my order was difficult. it took two attempts to get an initial response, then two attempts to get a response as an update before I could divert them to another location. There were no apologies for inconvenience, or explanations.

Customers whose orders are being sent out with DPD get the options to change their delivery address to a pickup point, leave at a safe place or neighbour. We have passed these incident to our account manager to look into it and for such not to reoccur in future.

Item not even in stock.

Ordered an item that said it was in stock. Then a week later got a refund. Then a further email saying stocking issues. This was a gift that being relied upon the site shouldn't allow you to order if there is no stock.

bad service

Ordered a pair of timberland boots from this website over a week ago. Still waiting they are meant to be delivered today. I have checked with dpd whom they have apparently sent with and they have not even received my parcel. Have sent several email’s over the past week trying to chase them up regarding my parcel with very little communication. I rang up the store and have now been told they will be with me on Thursday!? Starting to get disgruntled as i have already been chasing them up and they have told me they will be delivered at a later date now! Really not happy at all. 👎🏻

Poor Customer Service

Ordered goods over one week ago. Had to chase as I have heard nothing and received nothing. Apparently been dispatched but no sign of any dispatch note and nothing from any courier. First and last time I will use this company. It feels as if I am being scammed. All very disappointing.

Bad!!

Asked a friend to order from here for me because I wanted the parcel to be delivered quickly (I’m not home during the days to sign for it) and it’s been a fiasco. No order confirmation, my friend phoned in and they say the parcel was dispatched and that they will resend the order confirmation- still nothing. 4 days after the parcel was allegedly dispatched and still nothing. Would almost assume thus is a scam site unless they actually had stores.
