I ordered mens icons in size 6.5 for a holiday. They delivered women's size 7. I had to travel to two different timberland stores to sort out the mess and i paid parking at both so these boots cost me basically around £30 more considering petrol and parking not to mention my time. Completely pathetic they offered me a 10% good will gesture when they already give 10% on their website so where is the goodwill in that. After i complained they couldn't be bothered to even reply. My advice is simple. Just step into a timberland store they are much better and very good care for the customer.

Summary: A fairly good service.
Pros: Great staff in the store.
Cons: I never received notification that the shoes had either been dispatched or that they had arrived, but called the store to check then went to pick them up. The other problem was the constant requests for feedback. It's like having a needy child demanding validation. Chill out Seventythree, here's your review.

What’s not to like
I got 10% discount for buying two pairs on line, the shoes were delivered free next day, and I could return the pair that were too big in my local shop, no quibble.
