To be honest one star is too much
To be honest one star is too much, my son brought a jacket last november at 230 pounds with his birthday money. He wore it only a few times before going on a gap year trip with out it.
In June he returned and popped the jacket on to see the stitching had come away under the armpit. I returned it to my local store a franchise in Guildford although I had brought it from a full North face store.
They told me it would have to go to Germany for 8 weeks max and they would decide to repair or refund . I chased after 10 weeks which is ridiculous in itself to have it sent then back with ITS FAIR WEAR AND TEAR !!! DO they not understand the consumer law of 2015 ?? stating it has to be fit for purpose.
They are ripping off young adults who pay to have the correct kit !
They need to address the customer service which is nothing like john Lewis and take a look at where they are going wrong before they become the next high street failure !
DONT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE

Day five, no parcel...
I’m still waiting for my parcel to be delivered, five days after the store ordered it for me on ‘next day delivery’
From the paperwork I received, it looks like my payment was taken in store, but the order only placed 24hours later. I won’t be purchasing again.
