Those dishonest cowboys are incapable of fixing the bodywork.

The structural damage to flats 1,2 castle medeows has been ignored for over 5 years now. This is the time I have lived in flat number 2. Instead of the correct procedure being followed to huge cracks to the external part of the property. The structural damage was just covered over by repointing the cracks. Really the correct procedure when the cracks arose should of been to pin the window frames to see if their has been movement in the property (subsiding) why was this not done ??.
Block guttering for the last 5+ years has caused over flowing rain water, which is and has been going under the flats for this length of time. Why haven't they been cleaned to prevent further subsiding ? Extractor fans removed from the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen extractor fan has been put back, but not until after a prolonged argument. But putting back the extractor fan in the bathroom was refused. Why is this ???

According to Severn side, my bathroom was upgraded/modernised in 2015, I moved there 2018, sent photographs twice of bathroom installed probably 1958, 6 weeks ago couldn't flush toilet properly, plumber wouldn't touch it, asbastos so how come new bathroom 2015

The corrupt cowboys na can't do the body repairs

Unfortunately I can't give a 0 star. Severnside Housing Ass. is exactly that. I am a tenant of a property that was bought of these cowboys years ago but last year, instead of dealing with their junkie, drug-dealing, anti-social tenants, the leasehold enforcement officer decided to harass and bully my PRIVATE LANDLORD over me putting a few flower pots outside my front window. She spent 45mins on the phone to my landlord one afternoon ranting about how dare his tenant get a local councillor involved, what if everyone else did and the plants died or the pots/boxes looked scruffy. I was told they had to be removed because they were an obstruction, a fire risk, unauthorised development and setting a precedent. My pots had been there 4years with no problem, but suddenly during the times of covid they became a problem. As I'm not a severnside tenant I cannot enter a complaint, just accept their bullying and harassment of a man with psychological difficulties.
I would like the Chief Executive to get in touch if she has anything to say about the dictators under her control.

I had problems with my front door lock. I phoned them up 15 minutes later they came out. The bloke came out fitted new lock.. Thanks
