I was worried when I read some of the reviews of this company after placing an order but I can honestly say my concerns were unfounded. I only ordered late at night and my order was processed and dispatched by hand the next morning! I live around 30 minutes from this company. I received two emails when the order was prepared and then delivered and a very prompt refund for one item that was not available. Excellent service would use again order with confidence. Goods were as expected. Thank you.

This company seems to be unstable ... it is reported to sometimes supply and sometimes not answer and not deliver. Their tutorials are good but they are disreputable. After an unhappy experience I would not order from them again and could not possibly recommend.

I ordered one small item which was supposed to arrive in 3 - 5 days. Two weeks later I haven't received anything and cannot get a response despite emailing twice and phoning. I have reported to PayPal.

Like many of the reviews beneath I ordered 2 metres of material and never received them (2 months ago). I emailed about it and they offered to re-send or refund but nothing happened. I emailed again, they offered the same, but nothing happened. We've had an email chain of 11 emails (8 of them are mine), with little avail. They are always "waiting for stock to be replenished" or "have sent me an email but I haven't received" or "not received my email". I can see on our email thread that all of mine have been received and they have not been responding, which either means they are lying or they have a faulty email system. I even screen shotted the email thread as proof of my emails. We're a charity so the material was purchased with charity money (donations), and the materials were required for a charity project, so I'm very disappointed with this company. I urge sewing bee fabrics to get in touch with me to rectify this.

After 2wks I didn't received a recent order despite e-mailing as advised from their website in the first instance followed with a subsequent telephone message. Both have been to no avail and resulted in a zero response. I have now sent a message via paypal and await a reply. I hope this can be resolved without resorting to claiming a refund. Delivery was estimated at 3-5 working days but has left me disappointed as this fabric was for a special project that has now surpassed. Always one to give the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to make amends I'll reserve judgement for now but watch this space...

DONT BUY FROM THEM.
Spent £33 on fabric and didn’t receive a thing. Sent texts, email, loads of phone calls, all of which they never pick up or return any reply to these. Don’t buy, they have lovely fabrics but u will NEVER recieve them.

ordered yesterday morning and fabric was hand delivered to me in the evening :) - can't fault that!

I ordered from this store and did not receive my order. I told them and was offered either a different fabric because what I ordered was now out of stock, or a refund. I decided to pick a different fabric. I never received it so asked for my money back. No reply. I have sent more emails and all have been ignored.

I noticed other reviews saying the same so I would say it's pot luck whether you receive good service or they ignore you.

I just received an apology and a return of my payment.

I never received my order and no one is answering my emails.
