I’ve just purchased my 3rd machine from Sewing Machine Sales, I chose them again as I have always had good experience with them in the past, the website is easy to navigate and delivery is quick and efficient. I would recommend this company.

I did visit the shop, and the technician recommended a certain brand for what I was looking for, as there are so many new machines to choose from I wanted to get the right one for what I needed. I also watched a tutorial on two brands and shop technician had got it right! the "Babylock was a far superior machine, so I ordered this one from the online shop which was fairly easy to do so looking forward to delivery :)

Received my order few days ago most of the organ needles were correct. Didn’t receive Universal 80/12 needles and received Jersey 70-100 needles instead of Organ Jersey 80/12 which I ordered & received reply Jersey 80/12 needles & universal 80/12 needles are out of stock. I emailed & explained Organ needles only work on my machine. Today I received two Organ Universal 90/14 needles. I emailed them 5 days ago and didn’t receive any emails in my inbox and junk box so I emailed them again. Got reply and I then realised there were replies on their website (which didn’t deliver in my inbox and junk box). The two 90/14 needles were complimentary needles (which I didn’t realise initially when received).
The After Sales team were helpful and offered partial refund for the out of stock needles.

I have bought from Sewing Machine Sales in the past. This introduced me to the fact that they have inimitable experience in their field, 1st class customer service and competitive too.I never doubt that they can supply knowledge and goods to a very high standard. They are my 'go to'for the future

Used machine. Very easy to thread. Excellent and easy needle threader. Stitches lovely. Shame the machine is noisy. But it works very well that is what counts.
