Great service before, during, and after order. Everything was fulfilled properly and shipping to USA was no problem. I did suffer a slightly bent neck joint but it was due to mishandling by FedEx. SDG offered to help, but everything is ok as it was just a slight bend and I am confident I could readjust it with proper tools. I highly recommend SDG, this was my first full size doll purchase and they made it as stress free as possible!

Quick and genuine concern about customer questions. More realistic than I hoped. I love legs and butt and this feels extremely real. It feels and reacts just as if she has muscle underneath. I recommend Kiyo if you like legs. The tpe skin is very soft and reacts very natural if you use some cornstarch to remove some stickyness from moisture. The only thing I will warn about is that you should expect a weight of 70-100 pounds. This is pretty difficult even for me a 6 foot 2 200 pound person. I like SDG website and company because you will receive help from the a small family owned business and the prices seem competitive.
