We have just sold our house in France via Samantha Woodgate who is based in Chamberet. She was excellent throughout the whole process. Samantha kept us updated at all times and went the extra mile to make everything very easy for us. Would highly recommend. Thanks Samantha.

In 2021 Paquita Colado from the Cote dAzur office wrote "as promised I will offer you a voucher of 1200 euros....at the final signature" on the apartment we were buying but this failed to materialise. Due to the lack of clarity from Paquita on important property condition issues we spent far more on legal fees with our French solicitor. Lack of professionalism continued as at the final viewing prior to signing Pacquita failed to bring all the keys for the property and later complained to the Notaire about us. First we were asked to write to Florence Marteau who did not reply, Then we were given the complaints email but there was no reply. After many calls we finally spoke to a manager who said each area acted independantly so there was nothing he could do, A stark contrast to their self congratulory response when a favourable review is published.

Samantha Woodgate in Chamberet, Correze marketed our property. She worked tirelessly on the sale, really actively marketing it to clients and showing flexibility and commitment to viewings. Once the sale was agreed, the service Sam provided continued to be excellent - she worked hard on our behalf, liaising with the Notaire regarding our attorney paperwork and other matters. Samantha's manner was freindly and professional and very reassuring during what is at the best of times a very fraught process - for us even more so as we were selling from home in the UK. Updates were regular, even where there was no change - just to keep us reassured. Right up until the final acte de vente, Sam provided and excellent service guiding us not just though the sale, but also sorting out taxes and bills. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a credit to Sextant Properties

My wife and I would like to thank Sextant, especially Samantha for the time and effort she put in selling our house in Treignac.
She kept us up to date with everything that was going on and organised everything from the viewings to the chimney sweep and water being read.
If it wasn't for Samantha our house would be still on the market.

We purchased our property under very difficult circumstances. We couldn't get to France from Crete Greece at the time to view the house. Samantha Woodgate in Correze worked really hard in order to ensure we had a full understanding of what we were buying offering photographs and a virtual tour. She also provided us with an honest response to questions we put forward to her. She clearly explained the buying process from beginning to end. She showed a genuine interest in our unusual situation and went above and beyond the remit of her job in order to support our family throughout the entire process and even afterwards. Samantha was aware our purchase wasn't 'typical' and rather than try to hard sell, knowing our position, she in fact did the opposite and actively encouraged us to view the property first and even tried to dissuade us from purchasing without viewing. We finally made the decision to go ahead and Samantha showed great flexibility towards our personal circumstances and facilitated every aspect of the purchase with true humanity and professionalism. We are so very grateful to her and we are so happy to be living in our new home and are thoroughly enjoying our new life in France.

As per previous reviews the website is awful, however worse than this is the fact that emails to agents go unanswered together with phone calls, waited a week and the property is now sold and we enquired on the first day it was advertised, not worth bothering with.

I would like to Thank Arnaud and Carol Masip, for selling my Bungalow in Cournanel, they were Professional and Helpful at all times. Can thoroughly recommend.

Have you ever attempted to use your own website? It's just about the worst ever. From attempting to find a search page to saving favourites and trying to retrieve them, it's impossible. When you do find a list of properties you like, click on one to check it out, it then returns to the default page and you have to start all over again. Terrible. And a shame, because there are some I'm genuinely interested in. Oh great, it won't even let me log in to make this comment with my e-mail.

Poor website. Frustratingly difficult to navigate. Will not return to previous page but back to square one to set-up criteria again and again. Change website builder!

Her communication was excellent without being at all pushy right from our first meeting over 18 months ago, through several viewing trips from the U.K. and right up till moving day 3 weeks ago when she was on hand to smooth out any issues. I'm so grateful that Arnaud contacted me and proceeded to deal with the sale of our house near Quillan.
We had been with several local agents for over a year and without any results.
Arnaud was extremely proactive and even though we had returned to live last year in the UK he remained in close contact once having found a buyer and whilst we were there for a few days packing up Arnaud and his wife took the time to travel to see us and introduce themselves.....(then the men bonded due to a passionate love of rugby :) )
