Rebecca helped us out of the way in may times. Not speaking French that was very necessary to sell the house. 2nd point we were located in Holland and could be in France for the sale process, Recbecca took care of all the official matters on our behalf to arrange the official matters for the sale that would have been impossible for us.
We were very lucky to have found Rebecca and very happy with her service. We had full faith in Rebecca and we gave our house keys and had very little worry as she handled everything and was always available for clarity.

I am completely satisfied with the arrangements for the sale of my house as organised and coordinated in the most professional manner by Rebecca Hervieu. Communications have been excellent and the various intricacies were negotiated efficiently and smoothly. I thoroughly recommend Sextant French Properties.

Whilst being a reasonable "franglais" speaker it was most helpful to have a fluent French speaker in Rebecca Hervieu with her intimate knowledge of the necessary legal intricacies required by the state. This was a great help when any queries arose between us, the purchaser and the Notaire.

Despite numerous complications on our side, Samantha Woodgate helped us through the process of selling our house in the Correze with enormous skill, tact and patience, keeping us informed at every stage and working with our restricted opportunities to be in France ourselves. She went above and beyond her role, even providing us with alternative accommodation to fulfill an early signing. What could have been a stressful experience in leaving our much-loved second home was actually a pleasant experience, one which we all toasted in champagne.

From the start to the finish dealing with Samantha Woodgate from Sextant has been a pleasure. She was efficient and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone who is either looking for property in the area or who wants to sell. There were a few jobs that I needed to do to the house while the sale was going through and she was more than happy to organise trades people and she made everything so straight forward.

Rebecca Hervieu in Normandy has been excellent throughout our viewing and buying process. Not only is she knowledgeable about the local area and in answering any of the questions we've had about the myriad of differences there are during the purchase process in France, she has also been helpful and supportive 'over and above' in facilitating our interactions with the Notaire and the sellers. Overall we would highly recomnend Sextant and in particular Rebecca and know that the process would have been a lot more difficult and confusing for us without their expert help.

My experience with Sextant stood apart from other agency experiences in terms of ease and quality of communication, as well as quality of care. This was no doubt a reflection of Romain Lemme, my agent ... incredibly good at what he does, i really felt completely taken care of from start to finish. But i believe this is what Sextant must aim for ... to take the gentle lead on everything. I never had to chase Mr. Lemme and never felt pushed. He used the phone well, always following up with a useful email providing links, maps, or other info. He made it EASY for me to be a potential buyer ... Which made it more enjoyable for me. And that is a lot! Thank you, Romain and Sextant!

Rebecca is excellent. I don't think anyone could do better at the job.

Phillippe Calvez has the ability to identify and maintain the interest of a genuine buyer. He is able to avoid potential difficulties arising from complexities in the French system.

We have owned property in Brittany for around 15 years but were ready for a change- less land, more house, nearer the coast...and began the task of viewing properties and seeking valuations on our house. We were disappointed by the usual round of estate agents but then had the good fortune to view a house with Philippe Calvez of Sextant Properties. What a difference! We quickly signed a contract putting the sale of our house into his hands and didn't regret it for a moment!
