Sezane is a good brand but they are not as good as they were a few years ago. A few things I don't like - their clothes shirnk easily, sweaters can be scratchy, they have started using more synthetic fabrics and raising prices, too many paid influencers. The good is that service has always been prompt and some items are very nice quality.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the incorrect item first off. Then they told me the item I ordered was no longer available so they gave me a $15 credit and said I would have to do a return/refund. Which is already bad enough. So I check the website, and the item is still in stock. I respond to the email to let them know and they respond hours later saying it’s not available. So I check the website again and now it’s actually not available. And all they offered was a refund/ return (which I have to take time out of my day to go do) & a $15 credit which buys nothing on their website. Truly terrible customer service as they made a mistake not once but twice and resulted in me not even being able to get what I ordered. Then gave me shitty options to fix the situation which, the options do not make the situation better at all. Wow a whole $15, when i’m never gonna shop here again. And a return I have to take time out to do.. when I should’ve just received what I ordered. Thanks guys.

Sezane is me all-time favorite fashion « one-stop! » Once you are hooked on Sezane, there is no need to shop anywhere else. Although the prices have unfortunately gone up due to tariffs, the quality and value is so high, that I am happ with each purchase. Thank you!

Loyal customer — small recurring disappointment
I have been a loyal Sézane customer for many years and genuinely appreciate the quality, style, and spirit of the brand.
However, in my two most recent substantial orders, the small crossbody pouch (gift bag) was unfortunately not included — although I was very much looking forward to it. I even reached out previously and was told it could not be sent separately.
I completely understand that oversights can happen, and I appreciate the credit offered. Still, as a regular customer placing significant orders, I must admit this repeated omission was disappointing.
I truly hope this feedback can help improve consistency in future orders, as I remain attached to the brand and would love to continue this story with confidence.
