I adore Sezane. The customer service is incredible and they always exceed my expectations and go above and beyond to offer a solution. They are always professional and kind to deal with. The customer service is one of reasons I am so dedicated to the brand. The clothes are lovely, and I would like to see a return to some of the older styles with the colours and uniqueness that some of the recent pieces are lacking. Recent releases are still beautiful but would love to see a return to some of the earlier styles. It is a bit expensive, but lovely. Thank you Sezane!

Parisian chic with wonderful customer service
Sézane’s designs are the perfect mix of Parisian chic, fresh, modern and timeless pieces. The fabrics and craftsmanship are beautiful, and the brand really delivers on style and quality. Honestly, it’s a great brand to invest in when building your wardrobe.
My experience with customer service has also always been great. No matter the situation, they respond quickly, are kind and helpful, and always find a solution.
My only small complaint is that lately the brand seems to be releasing too many collections, which makes it feel like it’s moving a bit away from its original slow-fashion spirit.

Sezane is an awful company to deal with and does not care about customers at all. I ordered items and I needed them urgently. They shipped it express that I paid for. My package got stuck in customs. I reached out to Sezane multiple times - they have no phone number only WhatsApp and they just kept saying it will get delivered the next day. It was stuck in FedEx for 3 full days because they filled out incomplete paperwork - an ongoing issue for 4+ years now per Reddit - all FedEx needed was what is in the package and its composition. You would think Sezane would have figured out that by now. I called Fedex, spoke to multiple agents and departments, gave them this information, and I am now waiting to see what will happen with delivery. I was not expecting this experience. They say 3-4 days delivery but it is a complete lie. They take 3 days to process alone, then the package is stuck for another 3 days, add 4-5 days for transit. So their EXPRESS shipping takes 12-13 days. This after multiple calls to FedEx. I also contacted them via WhatsApp and they were so unhelpful when all they needed was submit the right paperwork. I will NEVER buy from them again. And their store salespeople are quite snooty and unpleasant, and don't even let you see or touch their sweaters. Please find another company because Sezane surely can't be the only company to make sweaters and certainly not worth the trouble. Never again!

I'm in love with Sezane
I've been a Sézane customer for quite some time (since 2019) and I greatly appreciate the quality of the brand and its products. I have everything, because I've collected various items over time; I love wearing their wool sweaters, well-cut dresses, ethereal shirts, trousers... If I've had problems with an item where the quality didn't meet my expectations, I contacted Sézane and their customer support always tried to resolve the issue and please me! I continue to buy because the brand is excellent!!!
