Expect two week plus delivery times

They have the slowest order prep I’ve ever known for what is a pricy online shop. They advise 5-6 working days delivery but my last two orders have taken twice as long as that just to get the order prepped to be passed to Royal Mail. I’m not bothering again.

Always in love with Sezane

Superb quality, designs to die for! Add to these the extra speedy delivery - I ordered Thursday 29/1 and I received today 3/2- at a lovely package with a complimentary gift 🎁! This is not the first time I shop Sezane - I actually bought my wedding dress from them- and it is definitely not the last time I will choose them. For all the above reasons 🥰 And I have to add that they guide you excellent with the sizing. If a product runs large or small they will note it and guide you to buy smaller or bigger size than usual accordingly. LOVE SEZANE!

LIARS & UNTRUSTWORTHY

You claim that you have replied and taken action, but that is simply not true. I have sent multiple emails over the past week, and I have received no meaningful response or resolution. Nothing has been done, and my refund is still outstanding.

Please do not state that this matter has been handled when it clearly has not. Continuing to ignore my messages while suggesting otherwise is misleading and unacceptable. I have been more than patient, and this situation is now beyond frustrating.

I have done everything required on my end. The return was made using your prepaid label, and any issue beyond that point is not my responsibility. At this stage, the lack of action and communication reflects very poorly on your customer service.

I expect a proper response and confirmation of next steps immediately. If this continues to be ignored, I will proceed with further escalation.

Avoid like a plague & LIARS

Really disappointing experience with Sézane.

I returned my full order using Sézane’s prepaid return label, but my refund has still not been processed. Despite the return being tracked, I’m being told the items were not received after a warehouse investigation.

Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and I’ve been left chasing for weeks for a refund that should have been straightforward. This has been frustrating and time-consuming, and not what I’d expect from a brand like this.

If Sezane fits your personal style…

If Sezane fits your personal style (feminine, fresh, high quality / well-made, attention to detail, always classic but refreshed for modern day) - you cannot find better than Sezane. Sezane makes me feel polished and put together, but also "girly" without looking or feeling like a child (proof you don't need to wear too-tight tops and super "cheeky" bottoms to feel sexy and powerful). Sezane is definitely sexy - but always tasteful. They simply know how to walk the line between sex-appeal and good taste. I think part of this is because the clothes are versatile: you can button them up (for modesty) or let more skin show. I love that they offer "full coverage" pieces (like a pair of wide leg trousers) that balance really well with their more revealing pieces (like a scoop neck top that might show a bit of cleavage). It's all about balance and the SUGGESTION of sensuality. I think the French are the EXPERTS when it comes to this. Finally, their tailored pieces (blazers, trench coats, etc) are an EXCELLENT VALUE for the quality of these pieces - really phenomenal!!!!

Excellent customer service

My dream bag arrived with a little production fault, so I got in touch with the customer service. They were very kind and helpful. My replacement bag was dispatched within 2 days. :)

I truly love Sézane and continue to be…


I truly love Sézane and continue to be a loyal customer because the quality and design of the clothing are beautiful. The knitwear in particular is exceptional—timeless, well-made, and the kind of pieces I hope to wear for many years.

That said, I’ve been disappointed with my recent purchasing experiences. On two separate occasions, I placed orders that advertised a free gift, only to receive my package without the promised item included. Each time, I genuinely looked forward to the gift, so it was frustrating and disappointing when it wasn’t there.

Sézane pieces are an investment, and I happily spend the money because I believe in the brand and its longevity. I just hope that when promotions are offered, they’re honored consistently. I have high hopes that this issue can be improved, as I truly want to continue supporting and loving this brand.

I recently bought Chlo shirt

I recently bought Chlo shirt, bico blue ecru, terrible material nothing like on the picture. It was made in India so watch out when you are buying. Another shirt made in Morocco that I bought 3
Months ago had terible measures for width and arm lenght.

First-Time Sezane Customer

I am in the process of clearing out portions of my wardrobe that do not serve me, and I came across many positive reviews for the natural-fiber garments at Sezane. I ordered a good amount from their recent Archives sale (a bit scary having never shopped there before, given these items are non-refundable) and ended up being very pleased with the quality of the wool, leather, and cotton items I ordered. I reached out to them for a few things (scratched leather, missing free gift with order) and they offered me reasonable and helpful solutions to these problems, including a return/refund (despite these items being non-returnable) and store credit. I will continue to shop here if the quality and customer service remains excellent.

Unusual delay to receive my refund ref 370332061

Order ref 370332061

I am a regular customer of Sezane online, however my recent experience of returning items has unnerved me.

The usual efficient and incredibly prompt refund service has let me down on this occasion

The delay in receiving the refund for the two items returned feels longer than expected and normal.. and limited update.

I returned the two items from my order in two separate parcels the 1st Theophile Trouser size 10 return parcel 

Royal mail Ref ZS216642864GB shows as received by returns warehouse on Wednesday 21st Jan  - using the enclosed pre paid label

The second return parcel from this order was sent on 22nd Jan using Royal Mail Special delivery ( £10 plus costs to me I should add - due to the value of the item) and was received on 23rd Jan by your returns warehouse. 

Royal Mail Special delivery Tracking Ref SE304294113GB

So you now have both my items since the 21st and 23rd Jan and I have no update on my refund status..

I have contacted customer service to be told 2-5 working days .... yet this is normally so speedy..

This is a combined value return of £225

I am keen to receive update on my refund ASAP.

A reliable returns service is part of an overall positive shopping experience and I feel let down on this occasion.

Islem was super helpful

Islem was super helpful. I had an issue with my return and didn’t receive a return label, but she was patient, reassuring, and guided me through everything. My item has now arrived at the warehouse, and I’m just waiting for the refund to be processed. It does help to have customer service that’s friendly and responds quickly and helpful. Thank you!
