What i hoped for turned out evan better table and chairs fabulous thankyou

We chose and ordered our garden furniture (3 benches, 3 chairs, a dining table and a coffee table) in late February and prepared for a long wait due to the current situation. However, despite being told it might take up to six weeks it arrived yesterday, less than four weeks from ordering. We were blown away by the quality and sturdiness of the furniture, particularly as it was significantly cheaper than a lot of other wooden furniture we had seen. When it arrived the two delivery men were very pleasant and extremely helpful, and the whole process was swift and efficient. I was also delighted that they assembled the table, which probably would have taken us ages! I would heartily recommend Staffordshire Garden Furniture to anyone looking for this type of garden furniture

we ordered this table & chairs early so that we could have full use over the summer! great communication was told that my order would be with us iwithin 2 weeks (and it was) the delivery men delivered to our location & put the table base together (chairs were already made) they also advised what preservative to use, we are very happy with our purchase just waiting for the sun to shine

Absolute appalling customer service chairs have split an the table legs have split also emailed them multiple times an no response!

I am very impressed! The service was excellent. Delivered exactly (to within minutes) when the office said it would be, by 2 very friendly, courteous and professional drivers who had driven all the way from Staffordshire to Dumfries to personally deliver from the company. And then they even built the furniture for me!
The table and chairs appear very well made and sturdy, stylish and very smoothly finished. The company's prices are extremely competitive too. All this during the Covid pandemic. That's A* service!
I would definitely recommend Staffordshire Garden Furniture. Thank you guys.

Great experience from start to finish . Bought online during Covid shutdown - 4 chairs , bench 6 foot table and coffee table . We are thrilled to bits with the quality , price , lady who dealt with the order , the efficient delivery and the courteous delivery driver . An excellent company to deal with and would and already have recommended you to our family !!

Added a star as during the COVID-19 issues it must be difficult but the website assured us that they are still operational so i ordered. They had a message on the website saying "We hope to deliver goods within 14 days of ordering" - they did too which is why the rating isn't lower.

I ordered a garden bench - as there are no dimensions on the website I emailed them, I got a response 3 days later and it fits so I ordered. The order status was "processing" for 10 days which is interesting and I emailed them (they don't answer the phone) just as an update because I had no confirmation to ask if the order is going through and when is delivery; No response.

I got an email on day 13 asking if they could deliver "tomorrow and need a response ASAP" - I said yes, no times just tomorrow which isnt the worst thing as we are all in anyway.

The gardne bench arrived dented but the driver was off in a flash so had no chance to sign anything off or comment. I go to sit on the bench and the left arm of the bench is wobbling so i inspeced the rest of the build and even by my craftmanship it is poor.

Wouldnt use again - this was a test purchase for the company and it didnt pass. Terrible communication and average quality products but the prices fit.

The company has just finished my amazing shed. The men that came to my house that built it were very friendly and very respectful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Bought a table, 2 benches and 2 chairs in May. We were assured the furniture was made of Canadian hardwood had been treated and would last for years. We were told we could treat it again ourselves but to buy it yourself as it was cheaper than what the salesman was selling it. Move forward to now, the benches & chairs have cracked and the wood had split on the legs. Cant help thinking we have been ripped off. Would not buy from this company again.

Bought the garden furniture from the North Devon Show on the 07.08.19 & with a full set of black cushions. Furniture came & driver said no cushions but would come the next week. Called Staffordshire Garden Furniture on the 27.08.19 as still no cushions that were paid for at point of order. On the one occasion the phone was answered I had the invoice number ready & there was someone coughing so loudly I couldn't hear what the operative said & I made the mistake of saying that lets wait until the person constantly coughing stops.....OMG that caused the operative to take umbridge & hang up. Called again & the same operative hung up. Had to then get my husband to call & he was given no information other than whenever. The furniture is OK, not brilliant but OK,the customer service is so precious its beyond belief & my view is that they will disengage whenever they can....its not customer service its avoidance.

Ordered the furniture at Border Union Show from the lovely salesman. Contacted by the company to confirm delivery date within timescale advised. Furniture arrived without the cushions. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company to get our cushions but no joy so now have furniture we’ve not been able to sit on for nearly 3 weeks!! Terrible customer service!

Ordered garden furniture at Perth markets, told it would be delivered following weekend. Got call reporting the company had not loaded enough stock onto delivery van. Don’t get answer from emails, phone calls or voice messages. Contacted events company and the said this was unusual behaviour and not a Scam

Really impressed with the level of service and quality that Staffordshire Garden Furniture offer. Will be placing another order next year. Would definitely recommend!

30/6/19 Purchased garden table and chair set at Conwy exhibition, from Rob who delivered them to me at Chester.What a fantastic buy ,premium quality at a very good price.I just cannot understand the adverse reviews shown.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
We ordered a garden set from them, got it within 4 days of the order. Within the first 7 days the table top bowed and and started to come apart. We then were promissed a new table from them as a replacment. A few days later a guy turned up with just a table top and said thats all there prepared to replace. The guy upon arriving at our property backed his van into one of our trees knocking the the tree over, he didnt even applogise !! He them proceeded to moan that he had to walk down the garden to fit the table top. When he did fit it the workmanship was the worst i have ever seen ( please see picture ). We then again complained to the company who promissed again to replace the table top properly. They never come back to us and now will not answer any calls or return any voicemails !!
We will be returning our badley made furniture and asking for a full refund, if they ever bother to answer the phone.

its extremely difficult to actually get in touch with this company. Emails bounce back, no one replies via the messages on their contact page and its very rare someone picks up the phone.
My delivery did arrive within the time frame, but was missing some cushions, 2 weeks later still not here and no idea when we will get them.
after 10 days the top of one of my chairs broke, and one of the slats on my benches split. I had treated them as advised. I rang and for the first time managed to speak to someone who said I had to email pictures of the damage, I tried to do so but their email address bounced back - cannot be found or doesn't accept emails. Once again messages have been sent via website, and left on their voicemail. watch this space.............. not hopeful!

Very pleased with the 4 chairs & small table. I felt a little apprehensive after reading reviews. Ordered the furniture on 18.5.19 from a nice guy named Jim in Eldon Square Newcastle who was most helpful. Delivered today 12.6.19 by a very efficient delivery man who carried them ready assembled into our garage, fixed the table up & offered to take them through to the garden, unfortunately it was raining very heavily so we decided to treat them beforehand with the Resin stain that the salesman recommended.
Excellent value, delighted, just waiting for the sunshine now!

Dire service and no delivery as contracted. Despite the promise of contact to arrange delivery none was received. The order failed to arrive by the due date with no email to explain why and apologise for the atrocious service.

Awful experience- bought full set and it arrived with missing parasol and cushions which we had already paid for. Delivery man said it would all come within the week. 5 weeks later nothing has come and I have rung practically every day at different times and had to leave voicemail messages. No one will get back to me. Avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered at York racecourse and told for 2 week delivery. Received a call in the week to say it would arrive late afternoon the following Saturday. Delivered as promised within a week of ordering. The furniture is great quality - solid and very comfortable.
