I had a delivery issue where Royal Mail unfortunately sent my parcel back to sender (to be clear, this was due to my own error). Good quality glasses at resonable price, but customer service needs improvement
The quality and price of my prescription sunglasses are great. However, the order tracking and customer service were disappointing.
After 12 days, I received a dispatch email, but Royal Mail confirmed they had not received the parcel. Shade Station insisted it had left them, leaving me unsure where my order was. Webchat support promised an update but never followed up, and the order tracking status strangely reverted to "being picked up order" from "item has left us".
Everything arrived fine in the end, but the lack of communication caused unnecessary panic. Customer service needs to be better.
