We'd like to clarify that we have not yet been able to process a refund because we have not received your returned item. While you advised that the parcel was sent using our returns portal, we have been unable to locate the return or confirm that it has arrived at our warehouse.

I recently obtained my latest prescription from my local optician but they quoted £350+ for new Ray Ban sun glasses with varifical lenses. Shade Station quoted around £220. I've always been nervous about ordering glasses on line as the high shreet stores claim to take all kinds of technical measurements. I finally took the plunge and my new glasses are perfect. Will order again when my prescription changes. They were delivered in good time, well packaged and lenses perfectly aligned. Very happy.
