First time buyer, highly recommended - Buttkicker Gamer Plus
It was my first time using Shaker Centre and I will 100% be coming back for any further additions to my home setup. A huge shout out to Luke who kindly advised that I placed my order on Fri after 1pm (I selected Saturday delivery) and this would be delivered the following Saturday but advised I could instead switch to a weekday (to avoid waiting) and a refund was processed for the price difference! Communication was fantastic and tracking number received shortly after dispatch. Item arrived well packaged, mid-morning the next working day.

Their service is excellent. I ordered a buttkicker gamer plus and shipped halfway around the world. They proactively helped me find a cheaper shipping method and refund the difference. Will definitely buy from them again if I need more units of buttkicker.

Professional service.
I ordered a Buttkicker Gamer Pro. I had questions about shipping since I wanted the item to be shipped by courier to Kuwait. The staff answered my question promptly through various emails.
They confirmed the item was in stock and would ship as soon as my custom requests were completed.
The whole thing took a couple of days and the item was shipped with UPS.
The item arrived a week later, very well packed and labeled.
All I have to do now is install and enjoy it.

The purchase and dealing with the ShakerCentre staff was great. I haven't been able to try the BodyShakers.
What I didn't expect were the €58 more that I had to pay with customs charges. You should inform me before the purchase, but it would be good if you informed potential clients about this.
I know it's not your fault for the customs charges but I wouldn't have made the purchase in the UK. They have been €58 more than expected.
Apart from the customs issue, the entire purchase and treatment was great.

In response to your point about import duties for products delivered outside of the UK, we do advise of this on our website next to each product. Simply hover over the 'i' icon for more information and the following is displayed:
"You may be required to pay import fees, duties and local taxes if you are ordering from overseas. Please check the import rules that apply to your country for further information."
Hopefully that clears up any misunderstanding about these fees.

My only complaint is that the dispatch and delivery were very slow. I ordered on Thursday morning, but didn’t arrive until Monday. Most places do a next day delivery for similar cost. So I dropped a star for this.
