Order placed no problem. The following day I received an email letting me know the product has gone out of stock and there would be a delay. I was offered the option to refund or wait. I was happy to wait.

The communication I received throughout the order process was ABOVE EXCELLENT!! When the Butt Kicker arrived we have problems trying to get it to work with an xBox One S, and I got passed to Tech Support, who were also incredibly helpful.

Quick delivery and extremly helpful customer support. I ran into trouble with the buttkicker so emailed on a Saturday not expecting a reply till Monday. Later that day I got a detailed reply explaining all I needed to know which got it working again and left me with a great understanding of how it all works.
I will definitely shop with these guys again only this time I'll ask for advise before choosing.
