The items arrived too late, and I had to purchase from the hospital. I have emailed your customer service for return instructions, etc, but have not been contacted. Please help.

I really love this short this is my second time I order the same 😍😍🥰

Product arrived on time. It’s even prettier in person and it fits perfectly.

It was good. I am not use to wearing these garments so it was a little awkward for me. It did have a hole in the middle which I had to move to the side to use the bathroom. But other than that it was a good garment.

Received in a timely manner, but it measured at least 3 sizes smaller than the website indicated.

Horrible company with no one really answering your emails, only them copying and pasting the same two messages. I emailed them from 3 different accounts about my 2 orders and and got the same emails.

I bought two items and and never received them after almost 3 weeks I contacted them to find out what happened, they say first UPS delivered it then say the Post Office delivered them gave me a tracking number.
Fine I contacted the post office and they left it in the lobby.
I live in a building that has two lobby’s and one of them has Amazon lockers that the regular mail carrier knows to put all packages in. And this building has 170 apts.
So if you leave a package in the lobby guest what that will disappear!
Manager checked the dates this company said it was delivered by the Post office and you clearly see him leaving about 10 packages in the lobby and leaving.
He’s supposed to deliver them to the apts.
So this company is asking me to ask family members if they received it. I live have the time with my disabled handicap son that no way could’ve received a package cause he handicap.
So I email them several times and no response then I’ll get the same idiot emails they copy and paste.

Either refund me or send my packages, that’s all!
Take it up with the USPS, they sent it through them.

Don’t bother with these crooks, they won’t respond or help you!
Now I’m going to court to sue them for my money back

Great products from Shapewear. Has lots of products that are hard to find elsewhere.

I received both garments, the waist cincher & panty shaper. I only kept the waist cincher because it fit. I already returned the panty reshaper because the fabric is not very giving & feels hard making it impossible to try on. Thank you, Vanessie

I received my order but it was nothing like what it appeared like in the catalog. I’m very disappointed with the product and I will be returning it! Wendy C

Product stitching came undone when first tried on at home. When prosuct was broght back we we're told there were no exchanges or returns. Horrible product quality and garments look worn.

I’m not satisfied with product, due to the clamps are not connecting on the first or second snap. It’s as if they are too short, also it does not go pass abdominal area. The smell when I open it was horrible, like raw fish. I sprayed it down & allowed it to air out. Also my strap hooks that go over the shoulders are bend out of shape already and I’m not able to fasten. So their you have it. A waste of good money..

I ordered a bra and within 2 hours the wires were stabbing me on both ends! I reached out to them since I spent $50 on the bra, $250 total in my purchase and it was already trash within two hours and all they could offer me was $10 store credit. They couldn’t do anything more because the bra was already worn. They had the worst customer service and the quality is not worth the price. Do not purchase from them unless you’re okay with spending a lot of money and getting sucky products and sucky customer service.

I paid an extra $24.95 for 2 day shipping since I needed the items as soon as possible because I had just had surgery. Ordered 10/8. I inquired on 10/13 about my order. Shapewear said it was fullfilled. 10/20 I had still not received my order. After I inquired on 10/20 I received a USPS tracking number. No response when I asked for a refund for the 2 day shipping. I finally received my order on 10/23. I will be returning the items because they are no longer needed. Horrible experience!

Again, only received one item even the list stated two. For the received item, the size is wrong again. I ordered 36B. I received 44B first time and received 36D again time. The 2nd item is missing in both shipment. So can you company ship the correct items to the customer? If out of stock, please don’t list on the website. I will not order. Now, it seems in the loop of return, receive, return, receive… quote frustrating…

I like the bra , just a bit expensive
