Site is very deceiving. It says "easy returns". I have never had a legit company deny refund and offer only store credit. I don't want anything else. This is so WRONG!!!

I don’t like giving reviews normally, but o would not recommend this company. I gave two stars for prompt communication of return issues. AT FIRST. That’s it. I wish I had known upfront about their no return payment on returns, only gift cards exchanges. I have bought compression garments many times from other companies with no sizing and quality issues. These items here have the most bizarre and inaccurate sizing. I have ordered, returned and reordered so many times it’s ridiculous. And each time shipping is deducted. And right now I have 400$ tied up in a company I don’t even want to do business with. One of my returns is lost in the mail and they won’t even return my messages at this point. Better to buy from a a certain brand direct with better customer service and a better system in place for returns.

I like the variety of ShapewearUSA, however some brands are not true to size, and require returns/exchanges, which have a limited window of 14 days.

The garment itself is great. I love it. My order arrived late. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have placed an order and it arrived late. Last year I placed an order and paid for two day shipping and it was late.

Shipping took longer than expected; I paid for 3-5 day delivery, but it arrived in 7 business days. However, the shapewear is both compressive and comfortable, feeling nice against my post-op body. I ordered a size small, and I’m 5'1" and weigh 150 lbs.

I’ve been wearing this brand of shapewear for the longest time, years and this is the first time I get a cheap shapewear faja for $160
I did order size S and I’ve always ordered XS so I don’t know if that’s the reason why. Jackie London is my favorite but this time it disappointed ☹️ me.

Smaller than size guide

First, I made a mistake and read that they had an easy return policy, and I didn't realize I would never receive a cash refund. Second, the product took 12 days to arrive. Third, I tried to return the product and received a credit for my purchase. The site said I could use my credit immediately or pay a handling fee for them to hold the credit. I chose a different product, placed it in the cart, and went to checkout. The site didn't show my credit and wanted the full amount to ship it.

I sent two emails and received an automated message that I could return the product, but no one responded. I tried the online chat, and the chat said someone would get back to me in a few hours and to keep the window open while watching for the response. Then I called the customer service number and had to leave a message, and they said they would only respond by email.

The product I received was two sizes too small and made from old-time girdle canvas netting.

This is a follow up to my last experience with shapewearusa.com: although I was pleased to receive great customer service in selecting an alternate piece of shapewear, once I received it, I was completely disappointed with it. Although it was basically what I was looking for, at the hem of each leg-hole it had these thick bands. In this day and age, any shapewear edges (at least on the leg hems) should be seamless. The pair I wear now, which I purchased at least four years ago, have seamless edges on the legs. I can see the idea is to keep the edges from rolling up-but my old pair is seamless and they don’t roll at all. The new one they sent me wasn’t cheap either. I used the balance from the one I sent back toward the cost of the new pair (it was a shorts style shapewear-not sure if I made that clear). So, although the online assistance was a good as far as them pushing through a credit to purchase a different item, I was very disappointed in the actual product. I will be sending it back and will be trying a different company for my shapewear needs. This wasn’t the best experience, and if I’m going to spend $70+ dollars on a product I expect it to be more modern and seamless. I hope this helps.

I ordered 2 items. They were shipped separately and I was not aware of that. The second shipment arrived 3 days after the first one. This created some confusion but everything is OK now and I am very happy with the quality of the Rago products

I received the order but the wrong color was sent. I returned it for the correct color. Shipping is a bit slower than expected.
