I'm sending it back. Not at ALL what I expected

This is my second time ordering from Shapewear USA and I love the fast shipping and great quality material of underwear.

They were quick to answer, gave me plenty of suggestions, narrowing down til I got the perfect undergarment! First class treatment from customer service! I will use them again!

I ordered according to the measurement charts and the product did not fit.

I’m glad I ended up getting my item but the pathway to it was rough. Customer service was horrible.

Felt like a straight jacket. Not that I've ever worn one.🤫

I ordered a post surgery compression bra and I am extremely happy. Fits great and very comfortable and price was really good as well. Shipped quickly too.

ShapewearUSA’s customer service is amazing! Helped my mom to make an exchange for an order she had deleted her confirmation email with all the details, including the order number! Customer service worked tirelessly with us to sleuth the details of the order and enable the return.

Paid for expedited delivery; received six business days later.

I shouldn't be surprised, based on the look of the website, that I didn't receive the highest quality products from this company - lots of loose strings and cheap fabric. However, their website guarantees "easy returns", so I wasn't worried.
In trying to process the return online, though, I was told that for some reason, on this order, I could not get my original payment method back, only store credit. I then had to email support who said they could process it manually for a 10% fee - never explaining why the website won't allow me to get my money back - given that I take photos of the items and tags and send them via email, pay for insured shipping on the package back to the manufacturer, and that nothing, including the flimsy packaging, has any damage. If I failed to do so, I was told I risked the return being rejected and being charged for the items being shipped back to me.
I exchanged more than 10 emails with support and they were extremely unhelpful. It seems the returns are designed to never give you your money back and are NEVER free, even if the process goes smoothly. This is not immediately evident on the website, so be warned.

Terrible response and customer service. I will never buy from here are recommend anyone to purchase from here.

I ordered a girdle 2 years ago never received it I spoke to Steve Jones he States that he'll give me back half my money where do they do that at I am very dissatisfied with this company and I don't recommend nobody buys anything from this company 2 years and I paid $54.99 for my girdle and haven't gotten it yet I'm still waiting for it I thought because of covid it was a problem receiving it I have gotten nothing yet and I'm still trying to get my girdle two years later Steve Jones talking about he's going to give me back half my money I paid full price and I want all my money or my merchandise I will not recommend this company to no one and they're incompetent and you don't receive your package this is a fraud

It appears that I may have ordered the wrong size in one of the items, even though I followed your sizing directions.

I wasn't sure if the order had gone thru. No confirmation was given. Then I ordered it on Amazon and found out thru my bank if had gone thru with your company. Kinda confusing but did receive it.
