I bought a ninja sweeper a 14 months…
I bought a ninja sweeper a 14 months then it broke down...I rang customer servicee. They were understanding & courteous.They listened to my needs for getting the sweeper up & running.
They said would replace the sweeper,it. Arrived within 48 hours and also arranged for the old one to be returned..there was no problems at all Thank you

Delayed receipt of replacement part
Reported fault on Sunday 13th September. Was informed replacement part would be dispatched immediately and would be received within 24/48 hours.
Rang again on Thursday 17th September as nothing received and another part was sent out.
Not ideal given I have a full house of people and pets so usually vacuum at least once a day and wasn’t able to for almost a week

Professional service from shark ninja
Had to contact them due to problems with a set of saucepans i have
Sent a email to them got a response very quickly after a couple of emails that where also responded to very quickly gave me a choice of options as the pans we had where out of stock
I chose a different type recived a email
With the order and delivery time and also a guarantee recived new pans this morning from start to finish it took only 4 day with a Sunday in-between
