sent wrong item thats now been collected(that was easy to be fair) do not seem to be in as much as a rush to send replacement

I bought the Shark FlexStyle in December 2024. It recently stopped working so I contacted customer service by filling out the online form. It was a Sunday so I wasn’t expecting a reply for a few days. Within 5 minutes of submitting the form, I had an email to confirm they’d be sending me a replacement. It is now the following day and I have received my replacement! Took about 24 hours to have it in my hands from submitting the customer service form. Genuinely great service and very helpful representatives. Whilst I’m a little disappointed my product broke so quickly (less than 2 years ownership), the warranty on the product means I didn’t have to pay a thing to have it replaced. So happy with the service I have received and would order from here again

No issues with item but DPD delivery driver was extremely rude and used foul language , I have 15 shark ninja products so as said no issue at talk with company itself

Great product, delivered quickly.

The process went very smoothly and quickly until the machine was unboxed to find the water tank shattered. Looked like someone had kicked the box (?) Replacement arranged following sending proof of damage and unit identity via photos. Item now working well although not yet got coffee beans.

It would be helpful if the retailer specified the depth of the pan. Sadly I misinterpreted the website description of height as being the depth of the pan - it was actually the base to the top height of the handle

After looking online for a replacement part I thought I’ll go direct to Shark. Best move, found the part super easy, ordered on Thursday and arrived on Friday.
Plus it was a very reasonable price.

Ordered new turbo fan as a gift for my wife who is an NHS nurse, was delivered next day. Excellent service. my wife then informed me of blue light discount, which I had missed out on. I contacted customer service and they immediately retrospectively credited my account with the discount. Absolutely amazing customer service team.

I contacted shark to inform them of an error message on my LED mask remote. They got back to me with the hour and once I’d given them the required information regarding the error, they sent out a replacement that arrived the next day.
