We managed to damage the cable on our new shark vacuum cleaner. We phoned Shark and actually got through straight away to a very helpful person. We explained what had happened and then received the free replacement part the next day. Absolutely excellent customer care. Thank you so much.

Proper bit of kit!
Cannot fault the Shark carpet cleaner. OMG! It’s amazing. Ordered one day and arrived the next. Whats not to love. My hubby said “ proper bit of kit” we have cleaned the house together and it’s the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used. 10/10
