The hose on my shark hoover had split, i contacted customer service, replaced with no charge and the item was dispatched the very next day. Amazing service 🌟

It was a very positive and secure shop. I was delighted with the delivery and then product.

A part on my shark vacuum developed a large crack. I called Shark to check if it was still under warranty (as I couldn’t recall exactly when i bought it) I was I told it was under warranty for around another 7/8 weeks and the very helpful lady arranged for me to have a replacement delivered within a few minutes.
It was with me in under 24 hours- just excellent customer service.
The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the part was a different colour to the rest of vacuum as my colour was unavailable.
On the whole a very positive experience and I would definitely purchase from shark again.

I was looking at Ninja prices at 6.30pm Wednesday, got offered a 15% discount offer so ordered an air fryer and it was delivered the next day before noon. Very well packaged and already registered because I bought it directly from Ninja. Works beautifully and less confusing to operate than my previous one. Thank you.

Order delivered next day. I am so impressed with this vacuum. I struggled to use my previous one as it was so heavy. It’s easy to use and very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a ninja 4.7ltr AF110UK air fryer from a high street retailer and returned as had defect to outer casing. Retailer changed for another and that also had defects/small bulges to outer casing plus additional minor ones on the corners. Contacted Ninja who confirmed should be smooth outer casing with no bulges.
Decided on one last attempt and ordered direct from Ninja. Arrived following day and in perfect condition so very pleased. Love the size as does not take up much worktop space and the subtle modern design.
Cleaned and run 20 mins twice before using to clear ready for food. Have used the air fryer several times and really pleased how well it cooks, not too loud and has a surprising good capacity drawer, ideal for 1-2 people. Can fit 3 chicken breasts comfortably and cooks to perfection with minimal beeps using the digital display, so overall really happy and would recommend.

From ringing up to receiving the brush roller all in 24 hours and I live in the countryside where nothing being delivered is under 2 days , well done this is why I always choose Dyson shark

A member of staff who dealt with me on the phone was amazing. Polite. helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
She helped me navigate the problem I was having and the parts for my vacuum cleaner was sent out to me immediately. Received it within two days. Great service would definitely recommend. And thank you to the Lovely member of staff.

From ordering to delivery I was most impressed as I ordered the Shark on a Sunday and was expecting a few days before delivery, to my utter amazement it arrived the next day, can't fault the service.

Fantastic service. Had a warranty issue which was dealt with immediately and within 2 days I received the replacement part.

Parcel never turned up despite getting emails saying it was delivered to home. No photo or anything

Easy process with next day delivery at no extra cost. The most difficult thing was choosing the right one.

Ordering was straight forward. We have a few Shark Ninja products and have been happy with the quality. However delivery wasn't next day as promoted.

Had a part break on me for my robot hoover. 1 quick call and part was replaced under warranty. No quibble no argument. Rang up at 4 on Thursday arrived midday Friday.
