Been wanting this fan for a while then it was on big discount with free postage. Expected it to arrive in 4 or 5 days but was here in 1 1/2 days after the order! Great service as always Shark.

The item arrived perfect luckily!
The box was torn, but not noticeable, as when taking the delivery the driver had the split towards himself. I have no idea if the item had any protection in the box when sent, but none when recieved, was there any put in the box? No receipt in the box. Luckily the item was perfect and is working fine. Items in too big a box not a good idea, as with no protection get thrown inside the box. I'm guessing this is what happened. Otherwise everything fine. Thank you.

Ordered online mid afternoon. Arrived following day lunchtime. Well packaged and everything supplied as listed. Ordering direct from Shark they register the appliance for you so no faffing about for guarantee . Out of the box and working in ten minutes. Does what it says on the box. 👍👍👍

I ordered a replacement lid and chute for my processor and really needed next day delivery, so I placed an order by the 8pm deadline as stated by Shark Ninja annnnd I bought a chopping blade I didn't really need all to meet the free next day delivery requirements of over £30.00.
Unfortunately the lid did not arrive via next day delivery but arrived the following day which was disappointing as I really needed the lid and I now have a chopping blade which I didn't really want or need.

This was a seamless transaction from start to finish. Ordering, communication and delivery were all spot on.

Observation more than any criticism - I found the range of vacuum cleaners a bit baffling, and several times I aborted ordering up before grasping the nettle.
Ordering up was straightforward and the new cleaner arrived less than 48 hours, well packaged and easy to assemble...in ten minutes it was up and running .
As usual, Shark equipment is well designed and attractive, so if this new one lasts a similar ten years to our old one, it might actually outlive us!

My item has yet to be delivered as I have not been in and the courier requires proof of age. I have ordered the sharpening stone for the Stay Sharp Ninja knives. Not a knife. A sharpening stone. So I am at a loss why it cannot simply be posted! It is a round ceramic stone. Myself and anyone else can walk in public in possession of it without fear of it being considered an offensive weapon. This needs some common sense and review of process. I’d like my round stone delivered without having to prove that I’m old enough to possess it!
